Top View. Friendly and helpful owner. Private parking space. Apartment ist very Clean. My wife loved the antique furniture (Not my Stile though). Nice terrace.Very quite and relaxing place.

A bit cold Inside for the end of october.Heating was possible starting just 1st of November. (Fireplace is available in living room though but we didn't used it ).Quite far from the City center (Not in walking distance. A car is mandatory).

Owner prioritizes own needs over clients -unacceptable behavior! She said she was busy that day so we had to leave by 10am on a Saturday morning so that she cleans!!! I asked her if it was possible she does her other jobs first - but she rudely denied. Never seen such unfriendly behavior: Property is under a high voltage electric line / pillar that blocks the view and is unhealthy.

Cinzia and her family are very welcoming and nice. We had such a great time staying there. We didn’t miss anything, we even got vegetables and fruits from the garden as well as eggs from the chicken there. Everything people written is true but more than fine I guess. you need to bring full equipment to stay. soap, toiletpaper, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, oil, coffee, salt/pepper etc. For cooking the kitchen is fully equipped. It is all very clean, neat and well looked after. you have a nice view on the lake from the balcony, the pool and the outdoor shower are just fantastic. there are also places to sit and a lot of lounge chairs to hang around. there is also enough places on the lawn to play with kids. The way getting there is narrow yes but we had a vw Passat and could easy handle it. we saw also bigger cars coming through. We had the Family flat with the extra kids room and the three of us stayed a week. the kids room is very small but for sleeping good enough.

The house is sensationally located, the beautiful panorama of the town and Lake Como is amazing. The house from the 16th century is restored. The owner of the house is a very nice person. Despite the fact that the access to the house leads through quite narrow streets a big car will fit. Highly recommended!!!

All was perfect!!!

Good location in a quite place on the top of maintain with astonishing view. Free parking just near the house, ideal for whom traveling by car. Dish washing machine, huge fridge, all needed stuff for cooking. Everything new and good quality. Cinzia is welcoming, attentive and warm owner of this beautiful cozy house. Don't miss your chance and book in advance!

You should be careful on tiny road to top. We manage to rich it on Mercedes GL. No problem at all if you are experienced driver and you didn't take too much Apperol before :D

Amazing view, super friendly host!

Our appartment had absolutely goregous view of the lake Como and Gravedona. Even the peninsula of Bellagio was clearly visible. The owners family was very friendly. The terrace was great. The interiors had a consistent style we loved. Our kids loved the small swimming pool. I would love to come back there in future.

The host and her family are super nice people and very helpful. They made our stay unforgettable! The flat we had, is great for a family of 4 (we also had our cat&dog with us); well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and the flat has been decorated with a great eye on details. The pool is comfortable and was used by use specially in the mornings before breakfast. We ate breakfast/dinner outside and enjoyed the fantastic view over the lake. As some earlier comments referred to a tricky and narrow road to the house, we also would like to share your experience: we managed very well with a Mercedes V-Bus :-)

The location is excellent. Beautiful views and quiet and peaceful. Five minutes from the centre of town by car.Cinzia the owner could not have been more helpful.

Nothing to complain about

L’endroit est magnifique! Tout est bien entretenu! Piscine très propre et jardin incroyable. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et serviable.

Mooi uitzicht. Leuk voor kindjes (1,5 jaar). Goed verzorgd en vriendelijke mensen.

Uitzicht en omgeving. We zaten met ons appartement aan het zwembad wat heel handig was met onze jonge kinderen. Ligstoelen werden elke dag voorzien van verse handdoeken. Zwembad werd ook regelmatig schoongemaakt. De host en haar familie wonen bij de accomodatie wat het gemakkelijk maakt als er vragen zijn. Ze was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het uitzicht is fantastisch, appartement bevindt zich wel op een heuvel dus auto is aanbevolen. Leuk dorpje beneden met mooie promenade om te wandelen aan het meer.

Er is geen airco maar zelfs tijdens de hittegolf kan je het appartement redelijk koel houden door de blinderingen te gebruiken.

We hadden een heel fijn verblijf in Casa Artis. We hadden op voorhand een goede communicatie met Cinzia en ze wachtte ons hartelijk op bij aankomst. Het zwembad en de kamers zijn heel net onderhouden. De eigenaren zijn heel gastvrij en steeds bereid je te helpen maar ze verzekerden ook steeds je privacy. Geweldig uitzicht zowel vanop ons privé terras als in het gemeenschappelijk zwembad waar we trouwens steeds heel rustig konden genieten. Een echte aanrader! Monika en Bjorn 🇧🇪

De eerste avond hadden we problemen met warm water in de douche maar Cinzia gaf ons uitleg extra waarna we wel warm konden douchen.

Wij hadden het appartement met terras. Heerlijke plek. Fijn zwembad met lig bedden en parasols. Het was super schoon en de eigenaresse zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen heerlijke groenten uit eigen tuin van haar. Het uitzicht op het Como meer is prachtig.

De weg ernaar toe is behoorlijk smal. Elke keer spannend of je een tegenligger tegenkomt. En het ligt wat verder van het dorpje af. Er heen wandelen kan maar het is een behoorlijke klim weer terug.

*Modern trifft auf charmanten, alten italienischen Flair – ein perfekter Aufenthalt am Comer See* Kommt man aus der Schweiz Richtung Comer See, entfaltet sich eine traumhafte Kulisse – Italien, wie man es kennt und liebt. Im Vergleich zum touristischeren Gardasee geht es hier deutlich ruhiger und authentischer zu. Genau das haben wir gesucht: keine überfüllten Hotspots, sondern ein Ort, an dem das echte Leben weitergeht. Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten: separate Schlafzimmer für Eltern und Kinder, eine durchdachte Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht, und ein atemberaubender Blick auf den Comer See – sowohl von der Terrasse als auch aus den Zimmern. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und vollständig eingerichtet. Während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts wurden sowohl Bettwäsche als auch Handtücher gewechselt – ein Service, den wir sehr geschätzt haben. Der Eigentümer wohnt ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Er erkundigte sich regelmäßig, ob alles in Ordnung sei, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Auch der Pool und die Gartenanlage waren wunderschön angelegt – ideal zum Entspannen. Jeder konnte hier seinen Platz finden und zur Ruhe kommen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Grundstück sind praktisch. Man sollte sich jedoch bewusst sein, dass die italienischen Straßen in der Region deutlich schmaler sind als in Deutschland. Mit einem größeren Fahrzeug wie unserem Ford S-Max war aber alles gut machbar – mit ein wenig Umsicht und Geduld kein Problem. Fazit: Eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit echtem italienischem Flair, tollem Ausblick und herzlichem Gastgeber. Für alle, die Ruhe und Authentizität suchen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Etwas abgelegen oberhalb vom Ort, erreichbar über eine schmale Straße, war aber machbar. Das Parken war problemlos, die Aussicht grandios, der Pool sauber und ausreichend groß. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für Wanderungen genauso geeignet wie für Ausflüge. Vor allem nach einem Ausflug war man froh auf der Terrasse und/oder am Pool die Ruhe und Aussicht genießen zu können. Die Anlage war sehr grün und gepflegt, alles war sauber. Da es sich vermutlich um ein altes/renoviertes Haus handelt, war alles entsprechend. Den Ort konnte man über Treppen und Schleichwege auch gut zu Fuß erreichen, ist aber nichts für Fußkranke da es zurück auch ordentlich hoch geht. Wir waren viel mit dem E-bike unterwegs, damit war alles gut machbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden und auch eine Anlegestelle für verschiedene Fährverbindungen (bis ans andere Ende des Sees) ist da.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich unserer Wünsche/ Fragen immer zeitnah angenommen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man durch die erhöhte Lage einen wunderschönen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und den Comer See.

Skønt sted med den dejligste udsigt over søen og bjergene. Der var super rent i lejligheden. Ejeren af ejendommen bor på stedet og var meget imødekommende hvis man havde spørgsmål. Meget velholdt have. Skøn pool.

Intet negativt at sige om selve opholdsstedet. Eneste "negative" er den meget smalle vej op til huset. Det kræver lidt is i maven, når man ikke er vant til det

Har alle fasiliteter. Fin uteplass med nydelig utsikt. Basseng. Mange turmuligheter i umiddelbar omkrets.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, extrem sauber und sehr herzliche Gastgeberin.

Die Unterkunft ist super geeignet für einen entspannten Familienurlaub am Como See. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen und die Gastgeber sind entzückend lieb. Hoffentlich bis bald!
