Central location and the view from the apartment (mountains, sunsets, lake). You can see mountains even from your bed when you are already in your pajama going to sleep :).
I loved a lot our balcony (in the morning with coffee and with super view over the mountains with clouds).
I did not get the "secret" with the enter code to the building: it is the same from the door downstairs and from apartment upstairs. It was strange, because there are other apartments at our floor, and I did not feel myself safe (the other apartment was booked on our floor, I've heard people from there). So you have only code lock, and it is the same for several doors (including your apartment).
Anyway I did not write to host about this, we booked only one night, and I did not want to go into details with this.

Location was great, just by the lake, near the train station and had many restaurants around to choose from. The flat was clean and big and had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. The host kept it warm and cozy. Communication with the host was good, very reactive. We always looked forward to getting back to the flat after a busy day touring nearby towns. Bathroom was very roomy. WiFi was very good.
It's just me really, a nervous type.: the code to enter the building where the flat is was the same to open the flat itself. And there was no second lock once inside the flat.

Wonderful balcony and view, very helpful host who allowed us to leave bags very early before check in and sorted any minor problems. Would definitely recommend
It was perfect for us, would have given 10 if it had provided a washing machine.

Great location, clean, nicely decorated, with a kitchen.
It was a self check in and there was a problem with the code and it tokk a while for someone to respond to a message.
The music from the restaurant next door was so loud at night, I could hear it when I went to bed and it was bothersome.
