Great central apartment, close to station with wonderful balcony and lake view

Wonderful balcony and view, very helpful host who allowed us to leave bags very early before check in and sorted any minor problems. Would definitely recommend

It is absolute center of the town, so public parking is about 200-300 m away. In high season may be more noisier because of the tourist. But These are not complaints, just the things to consider for more sensitive travelers.

Perfect location

Everything. Great, clear and friendly communication. Weve been travelling for 9 months and some of these self check in places make you feel like "now they have your money, we don't care". We did not feel like this with Andrea even though all communication was done through messaging. Everything from check in instructions to departure, written information in the room and response time to inquiries was great. Thanks. The location was wonderful, the bed comfortable. A lovely spot for a winter vacation. Would definitely stay again.

The location was ok Near the lake.

The room wasn't very clean and lacked good soundproofing. Perhaps the rooms on the upper floor are better.

Clean, good price but too loud

Great location, clean, nicely decorated, with a kitchen.

It was a self check in and there was a problem with the code and it tokk a while for someone to respond to a message. The music from the restaurant next door was so loud at night, I could hear it when I went to bed and it was bothersome.

Perfect for short stay to enjoy beauty of lake Como.

Location in the city center, you can sit on private garden and watch people going around.

Coukd be noisy in the season, 5m from the apartment is restaurant with big garden. Also be prepared that you cannot park in the front of apartment, but in distance 3-4 minutes by walk.

Lovely apartment with great views of Lake Como.

The property is well appointed and looks out to the Colico port and has a great view of Lake Como. There are plenty of good restaurants around although priced for tourists. I recommend the small market store nearby has cheap food. Also the hosts were quite responsive to questions and requests.

The restaurants nearby plays loud music till midnight. Not ideal if you are a light or early sleeper.

Such a shame

Location

The owners. And booking itself - I accidentally did a double booking because of a glitch in the booking app, only after a while noticed i got charged for the room twice. Thought that receiving my money back would be a formality, never been more wrong than that. Contact person from the property ‘exercises’ laws and regulations, quotes the policies, is surprised i havent studied the contract and doesnt give a damn - dura lex sed lex. Ok, I thought booking will help me out, im a 3rd level genius after all… first they asked for a milion of pdfs, screenshots, receipts and confirmations and then they simply ignored the sh out of me. This was my last time using their services and if you dont feel like studying the laws and regulations do the same and use it as a search tool to contact properties directly

The location was close to the restaurants and indeed right at the harbour.

They have more apartments downstairs. On the pictures it looks like you get the apartment looking over the harbour and lake with the balcony, but if you have the apartment downstairs around the corner you don't have that view. The apartment was not super clean and it felt like a student home.

The location of the apartment was very good, walking distance from the train station. The view was amazing. The apartment had every house tool that we needed and they were clean. Overall I am very satisfied with the stay.

Great for short stay

Our one-night stay at Apartment Marine by Lake Como was an absolute delight! The ease of access made our short family trip effortless. As a family of four, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and convenience the apartment provided. The location was truly unbeatable, situated right on the main square with charming bars and restaurants just steps away. This allowed us to make the most of our short stay, enjoying local cuisine and soaking in the lively atmosphere. However, the real showstopper was the stunning view of Lake Como that greeted us from the apartment. The breathtaking scenery was something out of a postcard, and we found ourselves captivated by the beauty around us. Though our visit was short, the combination of comfort, convenience, and those mesmerizing lake views made our stay at Apartment Marine truly memorable. We departed with a longing to return and savor more of the enchanting Lake Como experience.

Not good. Smelly bathroom, uncomfortable beds and no seperate room for bedroom which was stated and

No seperate bedroom, both the normal bed was very uncomfortable and the pull out bed used for the kids luckily was terribly uncomfortable.

A lovely place to spend a couple of days to enjoy lake Como!

Perfect location! the small terrace area right outside the front door was great for breakfast and dinner. There were also some bicycles that we could use for free, which was a nice surprise. The host was very helpful and responded quickly.

The restaurant next to the apartment is open quite late, so we could hear some noise from there when we went to bed. But it was not too loud, and we slept alright regardless.

Great location, apartment good but will be much better when kitchen sorted out.

Great location on the waterfront, 10 minutes walk from the station. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Induction hob was broken and no microwave to heat anything up. There was an oven which we didn’t use. Heating kept making a lot of noise intermittently through the night.

Lake Como

Location just brilliant for a little break in Lago Como. 10 mins from train station. Easy access to other towns around the lake. Apartment catering well for 2 people, comfortable bed and pillows, well equipped kitchen, good shower. And everything super clean and well looked after. All questions were answered quickly through email and whatsapp and instructions for arriving were easy and accurate. Owner very friendly and helpful. Strong recommendations.
