Great vacations near Como Lake.

Very nice apartment, clean and quiet, spacious and well equiped. Parking available in front of the building. Aprox. 40 mins walk to the beach and city center, but there are a lot of parkings there for those who doesn't like to walk.

Lake Como escape

Very nice and modern apt, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with a great sofa bed in the living/dining/kitchen area. Great A/C! Easy to find, just a short drive into Colico, plenty of restaurants nearby. Great hosts, answered all our questions promptly. Will return!

About 1 hour drive to Varenna, then ferry to Bellagio and Como. Took all day to explore those cities.

We recently stayed in one of the apartment of the beautiful house and couldn't be more pleased. The house is super equipped, very comfortable, and has air conditioning. Everything is new and immaculately clean. The beautiful, spacious garden is perfect for relaxing and dining outside. The location is peaceful and away from the crowds, with a splendid view of the mountains. The host is very kind and responds promptly to any inquiries. This is an excellent base for exploring Lake Como. Highly recommend!

Séjour agréable et endroit pratique pour visiter en voiture les 2 cotés du lac de Côme

Parking privé. Le jardin, table, chaises et chaises longues. Grand lit très confortable.

Pas de volet. Pas de rideau occultant dans la salle de bains et salle de séjour. Un peu plus de couverts (couteaux, fourchettes...) serait apprécié.

De tuin was heerlijk om te vertoeven Alles was aanwezig en nieuw

De inrichting is steriel, voor de Nederlandse toeristen ongewoon. Wel aan een drukke weg maar in de tuin heb je er geen last van.

Heerlijke accommodatie

Grote afgesloten tuin achter het huis (handig met een 3jarige) en een wasmachine. Beschikbaarheid van vaatwastabletten en wasmiddel.

Gelegen aan een drukke doorgaande weg, wat wij niet hadden verwacht. Circa 30/45 min van het centrum (vonden wij overigens niet erg).

Sehr moderne Unterkunft

Perfekt für zwei Nächte. Wir sind spätabends angekommen und dank Zahlencode war alles super entspannt! Niemand musste auf uns warten und wir sind problemlos in die Wohnung gekommen. Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und neu.

Wir haben die Bettwäsche vom Schlafsofa nicht auf Anhieb gefunden- aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau :)

Una famiglia al [ris]T[r]ETTO

Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, con arredi nuovi e tutti i comfort per lunghi soggiorni, dove lo spazio è ben sfruttato e organizzato nei minimi particolari. Parte di un complesso abitativo all'interno di una villetta unifamiliare interamente affittata, l'ingresso è indipendente e con self check-in e dispone di ampio e curato giardino dove si respira serenità e pace con vista montagne; posizione ideale per partire all'avventura o rilassarsi. Zona facilmente raggiungibile, ben collegata e servita da numerose attività nelle vicinanze, tra cui un grosso centro commerciale ad 1km. Insomma non manca nulla! Non ultimo, un apprezzamento particolare all'host, super disponibile e gentile, che anche a distanza e con poco preavviso si è attivata prontamente ed in maniera egregia per risolvere la mia esigenza.

Ottimo per una coppia, stretto per quattro persone. Se cercate convivialità e accantonate la privacy per trascorrere un breve soggiorno é un ottimo compromesso; poi si risente della mancanza di spazio e tutto il resto. Solo due disfunzioni e/o mancanze: nella camera matrimoniale non c'è la TV e nel salotto dove si trova il divano letto è presente un lucernaio che non si oscura. Malus: prezzo un po' troppo alto per il periodo e il parcheggio è ubicato in uno spiazzo esterno fronte casa, sulla strada, poco trafficata ma buia di notte.
