About this house rental
Close to the village and the beach, in a sunny, gently sloping location with lots of privacy through an overgrown garden and at the end of a service road. Surrounded by country houses in the neighbourhood. A large garden surrounds you, with open spaces for playing and relaxing. Covered terrace by the driveway or the open terrace at the house entrance with mountain panorama. Dining table, deck chairs and a barbecue invite you to long romantic evenings. The marina and the centre of the lively town of Colico are just a few minutes' walk away. The Pian di Spagna, the largest nature reserve in Lombardy,
begins practically on your doorstep.
Numerous bathing opportunities and a surfing school and canoe rental are just a few minutes' walk away. Boat rental at the fishing harbour.
Holidays with plenty of space and in modern colours; Well-equipped kitchen with comfort.
To the garden side furnished garden terrace with mountain panorama is the house entrance with small hall:bright living room with large couch area, open modern and well-equipped kitchen with dining table and window fireplace,

The location is ideal for leaving the car behind: walking, hiking or cycling from beach to beach, kayaking on the Addazo River or Lake Mezzola, horse riding in the Pian di Spagna nature reserve, kite surfing lessons on the beach, tennis on the surrounding courts, bird watching or the delicious adventure of trying to spot the best of the three ice cream parlours in the piazza.
In addition, you can visit the most beautiful places by water and easily reach the eastern shore with Varenna, Bellano and Lecco as well as Bergamo, Milan and Chiavenna by train.
An oasis of relaxation with lots of privacy and yet close to the town and the lake.
The friendly landlady Silvia has an electric boat and bike/e-bike/quattro-bike rental at the harbour with special conditions for you, including two free hours of motorboat driving licence-free during the week.

- Tourist tax €1 per person/day from 16 years of age
- Heating €3 per m³
