Studio très confortable, très bien équipé (équipement moderne). Accès au jardin, emplacement parking très pratique. Bien situé, pas loin du petit port de Gravedona. Accès très facile via un digicode. Propriétaire prévenante et chaleureuse, suivi efficace de l'agence de location.
Un détail : avoir un séchoir à disposition serait un plus.
