The owner was very rude , the view is not as the pictures they must have been taken form the apartment above, there is not a clear view of the lake. the beds were very hot as they have a foam topper, not comfy in the heat of August, no fans were offered which would have been appreciated, we had to buy our own.The closeness to the town centre was the best thing about this apartment. Good bike hire shop along the main road south out of town , the owners were amazing and helpful and good bikes. There are other lovely villas in the town that I would recommend, other friends stayed in one down by the square with a lovely host.

All the reviews regarding Emanuela bring friendly and available to answer guest questions is spot on!! I emailed her for dinner recommendations and she told me she would call a restaurant within 5min walking from the apartment. The restaurant did not answer so she walked to the restaurant herself to make the reservation!! she also gave me coffee because I forgot to bring coffee! I think her B&B is the cleanest B&B I have ever stayed in. The Terrace view is amazing. The location is great! Our car was to big for the designated parking spot so she rode in our car with my husband to the public parking lot (Free) which was less than a 5minute walk from the house (big parking spots).

Nice apartment with good location

Spacious apartment with big veranda and views of the lake and town. Good location within walking distance of the town and beach as well. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Superb

We had a lovely stay in Gravedona. The flat is big, well spaced out and the veranda offers a great view of the town and the lake. It meant we could eat outside the whole time. The flat is very close to facilities which meant that we could walk everywhere and didn't use the car much. 20 mn walk to the beach. The owner was very helpful and we really appreciated the cake from her shop when we arrived there.
