One of the best boutique ski hotels available

This is a fabulous hotel. It has everything; it's family run, it has a classy restaurant, a beautiful wellness area and the views are breathtaking. Decor is stylish and modern. You feel looked after from the moment you arrive; Alessandro is incredibly attentive, shows you everything and either he or a member of staff are always on hand to provide a gentle guiding hand or piece of advice. Our car had a small problem while we stayed, and Alessandro was immediately helping; prepared to go to the village to get anything needed and ensure all was well. Our room had a slope side balcony, a comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, excellent tea and coffee facilities and a good, usable size shower room. We didn't have to worry about helmet, ski and boot storage - the ski room opens onto the slopes for a genuine ski-in ski-out experience and everything is securely locked when not in use. It's not a concern being on the edge of the village; the shuttle runs on request to drop you off in the centre of the lovely traditional village and collect you again.

Breakfast was of excellent quality, but perhaps a little limited in quantity and choice; we came down one morning and there was little left. A greater choice of yoghurts, jams and bread would be nice; there are also no facilities to toast bread.

The owners are down to earth and extremely friendly, very helpful. Felt like home with 5 stars services. Amazing buffet breakfast, plus they are very flexible to customize any dish if possible. Shuttle service provided, so no need to rent a car.

Wonderful stay with amazing hosts!

Alessandro, his wife and all other staff members were above exceptional!! - Always helpful and everything they do is done with a big smile. Hotel is well located on the slopes and facilities are very nice and clean. Would definitely come back.

Awesome

The hotel, staff and food were awesome. A particular shout out to Marco and Alexdendro. They were so attentive and gave outstanding service. All the staff there were very good. The chef also does an amazing omelette for breakfast too.

Perfect ski trip and perfect place to stay

Excellent breakfast, Excellent hotel, their staff is amassing. Hotel owners taking such a good care of all guests. Ski in/out, ski room, shuttle to the ski center and restaurants. Spa facility was very clean and provided much needed relieve after a day on the slopes. Great restaurant at the hotel too.

World class boutique hotel

We liked the location, the look and feel of the hotel, the privacy and intimacy it afforded us and the people around us. The food ooh my! The comfort and openness of our room,the view and the effort plus the decor detail. Most importantly it felt like a family affair and nice interaction with the owners and the staff. Well done guys your hotel is world class, still not sure about its rating it really deserves 10* rating.

We had the best experience in this lovely hotel. We stayed here during our ski vacation and everything(!) was perfect - the staff, the architecture, the ambience. We sure will come back there!

a great place to spend a few nights

The owners are extremely helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. The staff shared rental links and passes, explained how things work, and drove us to and from equipment rental and school. The spa has a good sauna and jacuzzi outside. TV sets have chrome cast.

The jacuzzi in the room is rather noisy. One of the tv sets did not have Crome cast properly set up. The bathroom door did not lock. On Xmas dinner, the waiter asked us to leave shortly after we finished dining, without telling before the time limits of the table. The location is pretty far from the bus station or ski lasses (but the personnel drove us to and from those locations).

Truly the best experience

We had an amazing relaxing time at the hotel! We were taken care of in a very personal and lovely way, we enjoyed the very special spa area, we loved the breakfast, and the suite was also more than meeting expectations. Can`t wait to go back :-) Thank you!

Wonderful

Overall, a great stay at a beautiful and comfortable hotel. Alessandro and the rest of the staff will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and assist with whatever you may need. The hotel design is modern with clear attention to detail (for example, curtains which fully block sunlight, very comfortable beds, etc). The spa is amazing, and the location is superb if you can ski in/out via a red piste (otherwise, walk to the lift is about 15 minutes, but Alessandro is available for dropoff and pickup). The view from the hotel is breathtaking and can be seen from the restaurant, the room and the spa. Highly recommended.

A few minor details prevent us from rating 10/10. Breakfast is good overall, but we would have liked to have more variety of vegetables. Our room directly faced a ski piste and at times we would have liked more privacy, in particular in the bathroom. Location is a 15 minutes walk from the town center for restaurants etc (but Alessandro will happily drive you). Again, these are relatively minor and did not significantly diminish our experience.

THE place to stay during your winter holidays in Cervinia

The bed was super comfortable, the views from the room were incredible. The spa was a real treat after a long day skiing, specially the jacuzzi outdoors! And the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is brand new and everything is very clean and with a nice design. The owners Alessandro and Nicoletta are super serviceable and always willing to help you.

Absolutely amazing, what a dream of a week in this place!

Honestly this hotel along with staff was absolutely perfect. I stayed here with my brother for 7 nights and it was amazing. By far one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Alessandro, Nicoletta and Megan were all so accommodating, the service was exceptional. Even small things like giving you a lift to restaurants or into the town and booking tables at restaurants to picking up trainers we left in a shop. I would honestly recommend this hotel to everyone. We were on a snowboarding holiday and the spa was an absolute dream after each day and the views from the hotel were so good. Ski in and ski out was ideal which made each day so easy to come back for a coffee midday. I would give it 10 stars if I could, will definitely be back again. The rooms and design of the hotel was definitely to my taste, really liked everything about this place. Thank you Bergman Hotel!

Amazing Bergman

Beautiful newer luxury hotel, with a rustic yet modern architectural design. Lots of wood and varied textures resulting in a very warm feel. But even as a 10 out of 10 that the hotel is, the owners are even better. Alessandro and Nicoletta are amazing. They simply will do anything for you to make your stay the best it can be. Run you to the ski lifts, to dinner, whatever - Alessandro even returned our ski rentals so we wouldn’t be late for our next journey! The rooms are fantastic. We had a suite with a king bed and a separate living area with couch/bed and an awesome view of the slopes (two balconies) and an amazing hydro-massage jetted tub in our room. The spa area is great with an awesome pool/whirlpool combo, steam room and sauna, as well as an outdoor jacuzzi facing the slopes. The massages were excellent as well! Restaurant (Mant) is really, really good and the included breakfast was solid. Great ski lockers too. But Alessandro and Nicoletta set it apart from everyone else. Just can’t be beat!

Wonderful stay in dream house

Alessandro and his wife deserve millions of compliments. They must have invested a lot, not only money ( obviously ;) ) but also their passion and efforts, in building up such a gem in mountains. Great location, great architecture, great taste of interior decoration and great facilities (especially SPA with stunning views). The bed is super comfortable (I'm pretty picky on this), definitely on 5-star level. The breakfast is not a buffet due to covid but was well prepared with high quality. I have to give an extra credit to Alessandro for the great Cappuccino. We couldn't help having two for each breakfast. Last but not least, Alessandro is extremely considerate, helpful and also a nice person to talk with. Since It's the end of summer season, the valley was gradually closing down; plus we only stayed for the weekend. Alessandro made great efforts to guarantee a smooth and wonderful experience tailored for us (summer ski, local restaurants, etc). We really enjoyed the stay here being part of nature.

Hotel owner is amazing and really cares for you - from very fisrt meet to final farewel. We felt in super falimy care like staying at your grandma :) Hotel facilieties are super clean, new and stylish. Hotel is on the skitrack/treking line, it has open air jakuzzi with mountain views, rooms are spacious, very clean and stylish. Spa zone is perfect for relax after trekking. We loved everything. Thanks for special stay at your hotel! We will come back :)

Honestly everything was perpect! Room condition, food, Spa and especially the big welcome from the host. (Veal steak really made me happy 😌) He was always smiling and tried to help us. I have never been treated like that. I think this is the benefits of the kind of private hotel. I should have stayed more nights, probably next time! Thank you again!!

Perfect getaway with friends

Very modern hotel and facilities, well thought to the smallest detail. Breathtaking views, located on the slope, ideal for any season, definitely to try it out in winter. Excellent menu and careful service at restaurant, both breakfast and dinner. Hosts extremely attentive while discrete, all in all our stay could not be better.

Colazione perfetta per iniziare la giornata di sci al meglio. Disponibile Alessandro e i figli per fare qualche piatto caldo specifico. Tutto buonissimo e fatto in casa, e si sente la qualità!

Nel complesso tutto eccezionale, se devo trovare una nota stonata sono le poche sedute nella zona benessere. In particolare ridurrei la potenza dell'illuminazione, molto forte nella parte che da sulla pista.
