The view is amazing, the flat was clean and tidy, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Staff were very patient and answered any questions we had, lots of breakfast places and shops around.
The 89 stairs that you had to climb to get to the top. They don't tell you that in the description. Also the broken door handles and lack of any air conditioning or fans.
