Duplex next to Grand Place

I had a very positive experience, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient, especially with the key drop-off at the shop across the street. Finally, including clearer instructions in the house manual on how to operate the heater would improve the experience, as I had some difficulty finding the buttons. Other than that, everything was very good and I truly enjoyed the stay. Super clean, good location, confy bed. Thank you!

As a suggestion for improvement, since there is a café downstairs and maybe connections to other rooms, the ventilation system might need some maintenance, as I occasionally noticed cigarette smells coming through it. It would also be helpful to have one additional bath towel during the stay, as only one was provided. Offering one or two bottles of water as a welcome gesture would be a nice touch. Additionally, I would note that the property may not be ideal for elderly guests or those with reduced mobility, as the stairs are quite narrow, both the main access to the room and the internal stairs leading up to the bed.

Omg!!! The stairs are extremely narrow and creaky. P.S the apartment is on the top floor and if you have large suitcases don’t bother staying here. It’s perfect if you have a cabin luggage.
