Camera curata, îngrijit totul,personalul foarte amabil si orientat spre confortul clientului,te ajuta la orice problema pot rezolva. Dl Gabi, o persoana de un bun simt ieșit din comun,glumeț si serviabil, nota 1000!!!!

Nu au frigider in camere, iar camera in care am stat(nr 13) nu se închideau ușile de la balcon in totalitate,venea frig de la balcon. Accesul spre hotel lasă un pic de dorit,nu se străduie nimeni sa curețe panta de zapada care urca la hotel ( are vreo 20 m lungime si înclinație destul de mare). In afara de aceste probleme totul ok!

Exceptional service and fantastic view. One of the most professional and welcoming hosts, who pays attention to clients needs and asissts you with lots of useful information about the area. I particularly enjoyed the view from the windows and we slept super comfortable (good mattress and cosy room).The rooms are clean, large and in reality they look better then in the pictures. We intend to visit again in the summer as there is so much to discover in the area.

Great location in Ranca. The rooms are modern, very clean, the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was a great plus. The host is very nice and helpful. I recommend this place!
