The staff was very nice and courteous. They were very accommodating and were prompt in the service they provided to us. Good work! She view from our room was exceptional. The location is ideal for those who like mountain ranges.
The lack of face cloths to wash our bodies in the shower.

This is my second stay here. I really like the rooms, the city and the views in Ranca. The room is very warm in the winter, the road is clear (with a little snow on it - but with winter tires everything is okay).

The hotel is very nice! Amazing view from the balcony. The restaurant have all type of food - from breakfast to dinner. The staff is very friendly and nice people. Will visit again for sure!
