The facilities in this property were amazing, very spacious with cooking & cleaning facilities, also in a very central location about 10-15 mins walking distance from the centre of Como. Sara & Alex were very responsive, polite & friendly! Would highly recommend this if staying in Como

The apartment features a big comfy bed in a totally quiet part of town. The soundproofing, A/C/, WiFi, and bathroom are all 100%. You will not hear a sound here, so if you want a totally restful sleep, you can hardly do better. The hosts were very responsive by email. Tea and coffee are offered gratis, a nice touch. The apartment actually is near the center, merely up a hill.
The climb up the steep hill (5-10 minutes) did make me sweat and made hauling up the luggage arduous. The system for paying the local tax could be simplified. When I said I just wanted to give them the small change (9 euros) in person, they agreed. The owner owns a small bar in town, so that is the way to go for sure!

The location was good and the owner really helpful and nice!
Unfortunately moldy, not very big, noisy at night and you have to be very good on foot as it is located on the mountain.
