Very old but very good renovated house in Como. Quiet but not far away from downtown ( it’s a 5 minute walk) everything needed was there and we enjoyed it a lot to stay there. For dog holders, this house is perfect, there is a fence around the house and you can leave the dog of the leashes. I can highly recommend this house.

Como and surrounding is a beautiful region to visit. The vacation accomodation was quite and pleasant for us. All necessary accessories were available, accept the whirlpool.
Costanza, the owner of the villa, made us feel very welcome. Although quite near the centre of Como seaside and surrounding, the villa is situated in a calm, green environment. Our 2 little dogs were happy too!

The apartment and surroundings was nice and the landlady very friendly.The area in general was very quiet, but unfortunaly the last 3-4 days of our stay, there was a lot of noice from the residents in the apartment above late at night and early in the morning.
We had our two adult children with us, but the sofa bed is not very comfortable for adults.
The place is very dog friendly, the city close by and easy to walk to.
