The owner of the property met us with the keys, which was very helpful. The location of the property was perfect, very close to the lake and restaurants. The apartment was very cozy. Extremely close to the train station and bus stops. Grocery stores are a short walking distance.
The bed in the first bedroom was uncomfortable on one side. There is a large dip in the mattress. The keys are a bit of a hassle. The property comes with over 3 keys to keep up with and opening the front door is not easy. The owners only gave us one roll of toilet paper for a 3 day stay. We had 3 people and we had to go buy more.

Good location near lake and restaurants. Also 5 min to Como Lago Station. Large appartement and has character!
One side of the bed was sagging. Fortunately I was not sharing it so I could comfortably stay on the other side. Sofa could be replaced, some backrest cushions have been replaced with smaller cushions. Wardrobes full of pillows so not much storage for own things…
