This property was perfect! Exceptionally clean, comfortable, very well appointed, and in a wonderful location. Only a few minutes walk from Sunset Beach, many restaurants and bars, supermarkets, and the bus to get to the old town. Biljana, our host, was wonderful - organising a tour, our transport and checked regularly to see if everything was ok - even gave us some treats on arrival! I would definitely stay at this property again!

Our stay at Blumarine Apartments in Dubrovnik was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect just a few bus stops from the Old Town, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the crowds. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
What really made the experience special was the warm hospitality. The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. They provided great local tips and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived.
We especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the cleanliness to the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. It truly felt like a home away from home.
We would highly recommend Blumarine Apartments to anyone visiting Dubrovnik and would definitely love to stay here again!

The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything needed. We visited during a heat wave, and the two powerful AC units kept us perfectly cool. The property is in a quiet neighborhood but just a 5-minute walk from plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, the beach, and the bus stop to the Old Town. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here if we visit again!

Blumarine Apartments is a good place with a nice balcony. The accommodation has everything you need like a washing machine, WiFi and an oven.
The location is perfect. Everything you need like the beach, the bus stop or restaurants are not far away. So you can walk there and you have reached it in just a few minutes. From there you can easily take the bus to the Old City. It’s absolutely worth to visit. A fascinating place.
Maybe a second key would be awesome.
