Grease place to stay to visit the Dolomites.

The facility was tremendous in all respects; large room with a spectacular view toward downtown and mountains, spa and jacuzzi., Excellent breakfast, easy walking access to downtown (although their is a substantial hill to walk up on return to the hotel). Desk personnel were very accommodating and knowledgable, A great base for exploring the Dolomites.

7 night stay in a lovely hotel

Beautiful hotel with lovely aspect located within a couple of minutes walk of the main town. Large, modern suite (211) with large bathroom (walk in shower) & separate toilet. Large balcony with views of the mountains. Very quiet especially once the door to the balcony is closed which completely negates the nearby church bell ringing. Breakfast & evening meals were very good. Friendly & efficient staff.

A beautiful place located in the peaceful side of Canazei. Great dining room , very big rooms that accommodated our family of 4. Very Nice Spa Great staff very welcoming and gracious. Especially Michelle The bowling at the hotel was very fun for the kids.

It might be over priced at the high season.

Magnificent suite in a beautiful hotel with stunning Mountain View’s.

The room was enormous and beautiful. It was immaculate and the balcony had great seating. The space, view of the mountains and flowers were lovely. There was good lighting throughout the whole suite and a fantastic sauna in the bathroom. We would have loved to have stayed longer at the hotel to be experience everything. The staff were friendly and helpful and the waiters at breakfast were especially attentive. The restaurant and bar were both lovely spaces and, although we didn’t eat at the restaurant at night (we were too hungry to wait until 19.30) the breakfast was delicious and abundant. The shower gel was gorgeous and left our skin so soft.

The glass bathroom door gave no privacy to anyone in the shower- this is a great oversight. I travelled with my son and we needed privacy, although I would have wanted privacy even with my partner. The pillows were uncomfortable and I wasn’t convinced they were all hypoallergenic as there were no labels on them. There was a strong perfume smell from the incense sticks which I dislike but many people love, so we had to put them on the balcony. I requested 2 beds, due to travelling with my son but the second bed was not made up. When it was eventually made, instead of converting the double sofa bed, they erected a tiny single bed so my son slept on the sofa, which was bigger. This was disappointing but the room was so good, we lived with it.

Dream Hotel in the Dolomiten

Super beautiful hotel in the middle of the mountains♡ very friendly and welcoming staff all around (check in, Reception, breakfast etc) We ve had one suite which was all renovated and a DREAM!!! Super comfy bed, very big and comfortable room, all new and clean and comfy, no wishes are left open, Small Bowling room downstairs was super fun! Sadly we didnt test the SPA

The second room though was a double room and with a price diff of only around 90euro per night the difference of the room was extreme. Sadly old and not renovated and didnt had many nice features- that is the only small negative point I can say it was a bit of a shame

Amazing dinner and bfast. The staff at the restaurant/bar as well as the Maitre were very nice.

The gentlemen at the reception was not friendly (client oriented). Rest of the hotel staff was instead very nice.

Superb

Great hotel, excellent value for money. Ski shuttle takes you to/from lift without any waiting (during peak hours). Comfortable modern rooms. Large ski room including workbench for waxing/service. There is also table tennis, bowling, kids room - we did not use any of it. Breakfast (included) and dinner (extra) were very good and extras were not expensive. 100% recommendation

Wellness facilities are rather small but it was never advertised to be a 'wellness hotel' so I guess it is OK.

Amazing stay would return just to stay in this hotel!

The staff were very helpful and went above what was expected to make our experience spot on. The feel of the hotel was very welcoming and we felt very ‘at home’ the standard of food and cleanliness was exceptional.

Superb

Breakfast buffet had nice variety and was good/fresh and served due to Covid. Shuttle bus to ski lift frequent and efficient. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had a refurbished room on the front with a balcony, up to date bathroom and new oak flooring. Great design and views.

A comfy chair in the room would have been nice. 2 single duvets on the double bed, would expect a double duvet. Evening meal in the dining room lacked atmosphere due to bright lighting.

Very good

Breakfast was great. The staff really went out of their way to make sure we all got what we wanted and there was good variety of food. The sauna outside was fantastic - with spectacular views

The description of the hotel said "Ski-in" that was not the case at all - however it was made up for - by a minibus which drove between the hotel and lift morning and afternoon - the chauffeur was great - but it is not "ski-in"

Breakfast with them serving you and you need to point at what slice of cheese you want is not super fun.

Mycket trevligt hotel i världens största skidområde.

Mycket bra hotell med bra frukost och fantastiskt SPA. Vi hade dessutom en IR-bastu på rummet vilket var mycket trevligt.

Temperaturen på rummet var för hög och det gick inte att sänka den trots att vi sa till i receptionen. Eftersom hotellet låg granne med en kyrka var det svårt att sova med öppet fönster då kyrkan ringde varje halvtimme hela natten. De lyckades inte heller fixa fake-brasan som vi hade i rummet.

Hotel da sogno

Pulizia impeccabile, dettagli suite magnifici, letto king size stupendo. Bagni top. Ubicato a 5 minuti dal centro ma con la privacy di un "fuori centro"

Lo staff un pó teso....con tanto di discussione con urla in sala durante la colazione ed un presunto licenziamento in atto....mah...essendo del mestiere penso certe scene vadano assolutamente fatte in sedi opportune.
