Great staff, amazing decorated and free spa, magnificent breakfast, great parking possibilities. highly recommended! (but find another place for dinner)

restaurant is aweful. the staff people there are arrogant and surprisingly not nice at all. the food was catastrophic! and we ate a lot in Italy so we can compare. restaurant looks very nice, and the hotel is great - hence the shocking dissapointment.

Stunning hotel and setting, Spa is a must see !

We did not encounter a single fault with this hotel, the hotel has a real family atmosphere and do a great job at making you feel welcome. The spa is absolutely incredible and had amazing detail. The massages are very good quality and not over priced. We were here over Christmas and the hotel staff made an extra effort by throwing a Christmas 6 course dinner with drinks and canapés as well as live music. For ski trips the location is perfect with secure underground parking, the shops and bars are on your doorstep, the ski school is a 2 min walk at the back of the hotel and the ski lifts two mins from the front. We had a room at the back of the hotel with lovely views of the moutain, nice and quiet and the room was modern and clean. The service staff are very professional and very polite. We will deffinetly be visiting again next year!

For our next visit, it would be great to find a little tea and coffee making area in our room with some essentials for those cold early morning wake ups.

Architettura esterna in stile tirolese, grandi dimensioni della camera, posizione vicino la cabinovia Belvedere, nuova sauna esterna. Ampio parcheggio interrato. La proprietà ci ha consentito un late check out pomeridiano. Molto gradito.

La struttura e le camere avrebbero bisogno di un rinnovo generale. La colazione è molto tradizionale. Il letto aveva un materasso molto duro.

Fantastisk flott hotell - i naturskjønne omgivelser.

Vi booket oss inn på en juniorsuite, stort flott rom , med balkong med utsikt mot de flotte fjellene rundt. Veldig stort rom, med egen sittegruppe, flott bad ! Meget god frokost, med usedvanlig serviceminded hovmester. Flott spaavdeling og innendørs svømmebasseng med jacuzzi Veldig stille og rolig til tross for at det ligger helt sentralt i Canazei.
