Great hotel

Friendly staff. Exceptional dinner. Even tartar and seafood was in menu without additional charges. Jacuzzi in the room. Cleaning service every day.

Location is not so close to lifts, can't be reached without bus or car. If you stay apres ski till night, only option to come back with taxi. (It is acceptable)

Fair price

Small bathrooms and flat pillows. At breakfast, certain type of food and still water was not replenished once finished. Food quality was bearly average and the staff was always rushing and didnt find time to smile. It looked like they were doing us a favour. The children bedroom had a bunk bed and the bottom one bed was very uncomfortable. Only a kid could have slept there, not an adult.

Value for money hotel, room was clean and comfortable.

Wellness center is for extra payment but it was to busy so all facilities were occupied; food on breakfast was consistent, spartan and basic; room window was to an inside service yard; hotel personnel were very cold and look like unwilling to serve you, especially since I was injured during skiing.

Camera spaziosa e silenziosa con balconcino vista paese , letto comodo fuori dalla confusione del paese , ma a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro , parcheggio gratuito

La piscina e il centro benessere. Uno spazio molto gradevole (ma eravamo davvero in pochissimi). La qualità del cibo molto buona.

Il buffet della cena scarso. Buono quello dei dolci. La colazione appena sufficiente per un 3 stelle superior (mi riferisco alla varietà, perché la qualità e molto buona). La nostra camera era molto calda (uno e la finestra del bagno dava sulla cucina con relativi rumori e odori. La vista dal balcone splendida. Il bagno piccolo.

Struttura vecchia e mal ridotta. Cibo mediocre. Staff inguardabile. Sporcizia ovunque. Il primo Giorno abbiamo trovato in camera la sporcizia degli ospiti precedenti, per non parlare della cena, il tavolo era instabile. UNA VERGOGNA Inoltre l'ultimo giorno abbiamo trovato una tizia dello staff ( straniera ) che bivaccata appoggiata alla mia macchina! Che schifo ! Questo non è il Trentino! Che degrado ! Hotel da evitare

Buon hotel per una notte ai piedi del Sellaronda

Struttura facilmente raggiungibile con un bel parcheggio alle porte di Canazei. Il centro del paese facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e posizione chiave sulla strada principale. Ottima sala colazione con grande e ricco buffet (ottima l’assortimento senza glutine e senza lattosio), personale cordiale, gentile e molto attento alle esigenze come le intolleranze alimentari.

Arredamento della stanza dove abbiamo pernottato vecchio e datato, bagno privato in camera non eccezionale… lo scarico della doccia faceva fatica a far defluire l’acqua con conseguente riempimento d’acqua del box doccia… materasso e cuscini basilari

Colossale fregatura, un furto a tutti gli effetti.

Struttura fatiscente, arredi pessimi, cucina mediocre, camere da ostello. Box doccia danneggiato e piccolo, impossibile regolare la temperatura del riscaldamento; aria così calda e secca da seccare le mucose; responsabile di sala pranzo maleducata e grezza. Appena arrivati ci hanno chiesto se eravamo interessati alla mezza pensione per una differenza di 450€, la tariffa adeguata per una cena in un ristorante del genere non dovrebbe superare i 20€. Il soggiorno in una struttura totalmente da ricostruire come quella del caminetto non dovrebbe superare i 70€ a notte. La tariffa di oltre 400€ è assurda!!!! Un vero furto
