The staff

The cost far exceeded what we received. Then seeing what the price difference was once our time line lapsed was ridiculous. EG like 75% below what we paid. The pillows need to be looked at

Very nice hotel with a beautiful spa which is worth going for just for that. Nice bar and common areas with a great breakfast. Staff were very pleasant.

The most beautiful hotel we’ve stayed at so far!

I love everything about it. The attention to detail is amazing - you can tell a woman thoughtfully took care of all the little touches. Everything feels so warm and cozy. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Canazei. I simply love this place and can’t wait to come back in the winter for skiing. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful.

A good hotel with poor service.

"A very good hotel with a great spa and a wonderful location. The room is spacious, lovely, with excellent daily service."

"At breakfast, you need to order coffee and the main dish from the waiter. The waitstaff is not prompt in attending, and sometimes they even ignore you. Periodically, the path to the outdoor pool was icy, requiring balancing on bare feet. Despite my complaints, the spa staff did not address the issue, acknowledging the danger of walking on ice. This, at least for me, is surprising in a hotel of this caliber. Although managers are trying to smooth things over, they seem to struggle in doing so."

Hotel byl moc pěkný, snídaně také ve standartu Itálie naprosto supr. Ale naprosto neuvěřitelné bylo wellnes, resp saunové a bazénové vybavení. Byl to opravdu naprostý luxus a dokonalý zážitek. Určitě se sem vrátíme.

Un rilassante soggiorno a Canazei

Hotel in ottima posizione, sia per la salita in quota sia per il ritorno con gli sci. La camera era spaziosa e molto confortevole, un pò troppo calda per me ma con le finestre aperte la temperatura è diventata ottimale. Il bagno grande con vasca idromassaggio (inutile vista la presenza della Spa). C'è stato un piccolo problema con la doccia subito risolto dall'intervento dell'hotel. Un'ottima Spa completa di tutto inclusa nel prezzo come anche la colazione. Il ristorante, segnalato dalla guida Michelin, è di ottima qualità. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri

Malgrado la presenza in camera di un termostato, non era possibile regolare la temperatura ambiente e quindi, se fa troppo caldo, puoi solo aprire le finestre. La colazione offriva molto per chi come me ama il dolce; meno per chi ama la colazione salata. Molto bella la Spa ma l'assistente alla piscina dovrebbe gestire meglio i clienti che non sanno parlare sottovoce perché i suoni rimbombano e danno fastidio a chi vorrebbe rilassarsi

Fantastisch. Heerlijk voor een skivakantie.

Goede sfeer en vriendelijk personeel dat er alles aan doet om het je naar de zin te maken. Grote kamer met goede bedden. Mooie wellness en zwembad. En gezellige bar. Locatie prima, in het dorp en op loopafstand van skilift.

De verwarming in de kamer was nauwelijks te reguleren, waardoor raam hele dag wijd open moest om het enigszins koel te krijgen voor de nacht. Kamer een beetje oudbollig.

Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und sehr sauber. Der Wellnessbereich ist innen und außen genial und wunderschön angelegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend und gut ausgebildet.

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn im Wellnessbereich zusätzliche Handtücher aufliegen würden. Diese wurden jedoch bei Nachfrage gebracht.

Fastidioso il rumore proveniente dalla strada, soprattutto all'alba quando venivano svuotati i bidoni dell'immondizia sulla strada. Poco confortevole l'assenza di una porta tra la stanza e la zona doccia.

Se proprio devo fare un piccolo appunto o meglio dare un consiglio proporrei anche il cambio giornaliero degli accappatoi perché purtroppo non riescono ad asciugare e quindi il giorno dopo erano sempre un po’ bagnati
