The hotel is very well located for access to the ski lift and town centre for restaurants. The underground car park avoids the need to clean snow off your car. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The beds are quite firm which wasn't too comfortable for the first night. However, we asked at reception and they put some mattress toppers on which helped with the issue.
