Nice staff, but that is about it. The rest was disappointing. The dinners were very noisy.

The staff was very nice.

The sound level in the restaurant and the dinners left a lot to be wished for. Our smartwatches sounded an alarm for sound level above 95dB and warned that such levels can harm your hearing. It was close to impossible to hear what your own table said. The restaurant needs a serious noise fixing.

Fantastic hotel, we will aim at going again if staying in Canazei

Absolutely everything I would say was great. The staff overall needs a special mention as they are a great team well bonded and very nice and helpful. The location is fantastic and exactly what we wanted, being very close to arrival of slopes (perfect if you are a fervid skier), and close to all bars and cafes for a drink at the end of the day. The hotel also has a luxurious spa and swimming pool for relaxing.

The check in may be a bit late, though they still allow you to keep the car and luggage at the hotel if you arrive early, but still 4pm was a bit late to have a chance to lie down and relax.

Happy with parking garage (although not sure what can be other option expect paying 10€ per day for it), location is good, room had fridge and coffee/tea available

Was disappointed by many things: breakfast is almost nothing: only boiled eggs, cheese, ham and pastries; lunch/dinner option - pasta was overcooked and sticky, quite unpleasant for Italian cuisine. Was contacted every day around 10am when Do not disturb sign was put on - I appreciate the care about fresh towels, but I expect Do not disturb to mean something. would be great to add some planks to wardrobe - only hangers available

The roo.s r very nice and comfortable not like the shower which u can't move in it because it is so small. The SPA is very good.

The food in the restaurant is very bad. The attitude of waiters and manager was not nice and not professional. We chose to take in dinner the bar salad We were not told it is allowed to take from the buffet only once. We were debited for two dinners out of five twice since 2 of us took salads two times. It seems We were followed and detected by the waitresses which is not nice nor ethical. It was very disappointing.

Perfect location Friendly staff Good for families

Great location, short distance to the ski lifts and right into the centre of town. The hotel has decent facilities, the restaurant serves great food and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

There was no lounge area to hang out.

Receptionist and restaurant staff are extremely friendly and very helpful, we loved them. Hotel have nice quiet location, balconies have lovely view We have been upgraded from hotel room to the apartment, what was very nice and gives us more space, unfortunately I consider the kitchen like not really equipped. Cleaning service was perfect

The food in the restaurant is good, but not great like in others places around. In other hand the portions are seriously big. Last days we had a problem with hot water. The water was not cold but also not really hot. More pillows would be nice.

An incredibly relaxing and enjoyable week in one of the most beautiful ski resorts in Europe.

The restaurant staff was incredibly attentive and helpful since they satisfied every request, including the ones regarding my special needs due to my gluten allergy. The food was also incredible and diverse, so we could eat something new every day.

- Convenient hotel location with a chance to ski almost to the front door from the slopes (200m walking). 4 mins walking from supermarket. - Great restaurant at the hotel, with delicious food, friendly team & high quality of service - Comfortable sauna area, opened up to 21:00 - Very clean in the room - Good bathroom condition, no issues with water pressure - Area to spend time in the evening at the hotel (tennis table, children area)

- Insignificant room disadvantages (kettle condition, lack of sockets for charging)

Perfect Location in the city center 3 mins walking from the main lift Belvedere up the slopes. Clean. Very nice staff.

The shower was with curtain and open at the bottom. The water can easily go around the bathroom. Not very comfortable.

nice hotel, great facilities, helpful staff, but managing pandemic situation could be improved.

All staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities are fine . Our stay just suffered a little from the Corona regulations - enormously crowded restaurant, service staff very friendly but extremely busy with complying with safety standards, overcrowded and noisy dining areas. Apart from this, happy with our stay.

Het personeel is super vriendelijk! Het ontbijt is heerlijk en de locatie is perfect, dichtbij de lift en leuke restaurantjes. De sauna en het zwembad zijn comfortabel na het skiën en ook schoon. Het bed was goed en de douche echt heel goed.

Het is een klein beetje gehorig.

Supertrevlig!

Otroligt trevlig service och personal. Speciellt i receptionen fick vi väldigt bra hjälp med många saker. T.ex. rabatt på skidutrustning hos en riktigt bra uthyrning. På nyårsafton överraskade de oss med en fantastisk meny, fördrink och tilltugg och fint dekorerade lokaler. Verkligen över förväntan!

Vägen till huvudliften var ca 600 m bort och lite krånglig att gå till.

Хороший отдых за свои деньги, близко от подъемника, полупансион

Близость к склону- можно дойти пешком до подъемника и очень близко к концу трассы в Канацеи когда спускаешься вниз. Хорошая сауна и бассейн.

Уровень питания был средним, скрэмбл на завтрак был совсем не съедобным, но голодными не останетесь

Van mélygarázs, van elektromos autó töltési lehetőség. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész, családias légkört biztosít. A reggeli átlagos, de a vacsora kifejezetten jó, 3 féle menűből lehet választani a következő napra. Nagyon rugalmasak, ha nem talál megfelelő fogást az ember, kívánságára mást is készítenek. A Szilveszteri vacsora különösen jó volt és elegáns, jó szórakozást biztosítottak.

A szobában időnként nem volt elég meleg, a termosztáttal nem lehetett szabályozni a hőmérsékletet.
