Very nice 3 star hotel, with very good spa.

The apartment itself is good. We were not expecting. Nice beds, bathroom and shower. The spa is amazing, swimming pool and 3 amazing saunas (especially the finish one). Complimentary tea in sauna and some snacks when relaxing after sauna. The location is good, because in the morning you go down to the lifts and you can get back by red slope on skiis when finishing your day and it ends right next to the hotel. The stuff is also very kind and helpful. Also kitchen has everything and even dishwasher. So you don't need to worry, you will have everything.

The towels were changed only once per stay. And each additional towel if you want (for spa for example) is 3.50 EUR. Also we had very noise neighbours and I know that not only us who complained about them. However, except to warning, nothing was done with them and it kept going....

Great SPA, a jacuzzi is a bit missing but still a great SPA center. good value for the price.

Booking reservations are treated as a "low cost" flights which was quite disappointing. Room clean - we were asked a charge for 22 euros per day! for cleaning. we haven't took it and then asked to clean our room and the kitchen at the end. we did it of course, but it gave us a bit of a sour taste. actual distance from the ski lift - 500 m' not 200 m'

Wonderful stay

Great location, near the slopes, near nice bars, 7 minutes walking from Spar supermarket. Hotel restaurant has a nice variety of tasty food for reasonable prices. Staff is very friendly. Hotel spa is included in the price and it is a nice addition to your stay (3 saunas and a warm pool). Apartment was spacy and clean. There's a ski room and garage to park your car (not included in the price).

Wouldn't recomment hotel breakfast, which costs 13 € and isn't worth it. It's better to have breakfast in the town or prepare it yourself in the apartment. We also missed a cooking kettle in our apartment.

Staff was great , childcare was great even if my toddler wasn't quite 3 we were able to use the playroom when not busy. He loved the kid swimming pool. It's just a short walk from the end of the piste the locker room has heated boot rack

false information regarding the distance to the ski lift

nicely furnished hotel, good restaurant (fyi: the restaurant is not operating by the hotel)

We chose this hotel ONLY because of its distance from the ski lift - the owner claims on the Booking.com that it is 210 metres... In fact the distance by foot is more than double (!) So we have to walk (incl. 5 yr old boy and my wife) everyday in the ski boots almost 1 kilometer (back and forth). When we told to the receptionist that the hotel present the false information about its distance to the lift it was told to us that there is nothing she can do with it ... No good will to solve the problem by any compensation, or by managing the transfer ... nothing... The cooking plate in the room was not working, the kettle for hot water was missing, the breakfast was way below 3*hotel average. Half of the machines in the game room was not working... For 204 EUR / night you have to even clean the room after your self and also take the garbage out... If you want for 204 eur / night a toilet paper you have to go to the reception (first task is to even find the receptionist) and beg for it ... if you will smile she will give you ONE (in number "1") roll of toilet paper for the whole family...

Location excellent, views superb, wellness area good, staff extremely helpful. Apartment was very nice decorated.

Would have liked an oven in the apartment and another chair to facilitate 6 people sitting comfortably. Both bathrooms to have showers. The jacuzzi spat out dirty bits on arrival so had to run, empty it and clean it Having paid over £5000 for a week, didn't like then to be asked to pay extra for parking in the garage.

Really nice destination, roomy appartment, well equiped. Sauna, pool and gym for free. Pleasent helpfull staff. Possibility to park in the garage (10-15 euro). Very good price/quality ratio. Good restaurant in the house.

Wonderful, we’ll definitely come back!

I love this place - I came back here with the kids after we had stayed here in December. The kids room was a pleasant surprise for me and my husband, and the babysitters there are lovely - kids really want to go there and don’t want to leave. There is a good spa there and a good restaurant - everything you need at one place. All the commercial places are very close, as well as the ski lifts and restaurants. But the best is the staff - they do everything and beyond for you to feel comfy. Both times the hotel manager kindly allowed us a later checkout time. And what was the most touching was when I hurt my ligament the first day of skiing, Sr. Alex (the hotel manager) took my kids to the ski schools on his car the next morning (I couldn’t walk at all), they’ve brought me a box of tea that I asked about (I couldn’t walk even to the store) and offered their help with taking the kids to the schools further. Am very grateful for this forever.

Nice residence but extremely overpriced (at least during high season)

The wellness facilities. The services were OK. Receptionists were nice. Food in the restaurant was nice.

We took the apartment in high season, during the week after New Year's Eve to bridge until the weekend, and because there was nothing else available in the Dolomites area. It was terribly expensive, more than 500 EUR/night, without food included - we've spent much less for a week in Arabba then for 2 nights here. It is a nice apartment, but definitely not worth this price. The restaurant service was uneven - one of the waitresses was good, the other one was lost: she was not able to respond if they had a free table, but shrugged her shoulders and kept serving the other people, ignoring us. We waited with 2 kids for good 15 minutes, until the other waitress took us in her care and pointed us to the table we've seen as unoccupied from the beginning so we could finally have dinner. I understand it was a busy night, but the way she communicated was really not professional and courteous.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft fußläufig zur Gondel und zur Piste.

Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral zum Skilift. Leider war die Talabfahrt nicht geöffnet, wofür die Unterkunft nichts konnte. Die Schlafcoach in unserem Apartment war für eine Coach sehr bequem. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Ausstattung an Geschirr könnte besser sein. Auch gab es keinen Toaster und keinen Wasserkocher.
