Nice spatious apartments, walking distance from the end of the slope and the city center (but not really walking distance with the skis on your back to the cable car as described), nicer than expected spa area (decent pool, 3 saunas, cold shower, relax rooms - overall bigger than expected). Also - Canazei is by far the nicest ski resort we've seen in the area, maybe just Ortisei looked better (but that's not on the Sellaronda so was not an option for us). Also - the ski area above Canazei is just perfect, with good and fast connections to neighboring ski areas, but also really good just by itself.
Noisy bed, bedroom door not closing, a bit odd (and inefficient) to ask guests to take their own trash to the outside bins (strange as in seeing guests take the 5 differentiated garbage bags - no problem for me but would've been much more efficient to just collect them from the rooms after guests left), a bit harsh house rules (though not checked / enforced) related to strict penalties for any sort of problems (broken glass etc), which anywhere else is just cost of doing business (again, we did not break / miss anything, just odd to read such house rules). Also - for literally 10% of the price of one night they could put a toaster and a kettle in each room...

nicely furnished hotel, good restaurant (fyi: the restaurant is not operating by the hotel)
We chose this hotel ONLY because of its distance from the ski lift - the owner claims on the Booking.com that it is 210 metres... In fact the distance by foot is more than double (!) So we have to walk (incl. 5 yr old boy and my wife) everyday in the ski boots almost 1 kilometer (back and forth). When we told to the receptionist that the hotel present the false information about its distance to the lift it was told to us that there is nothing she can do with it ... No good will to solve the problem by any compensation, or by managing the transfer ... nothing...
The cooking plate in the room was not working, the kettle for hot water was missing, the breakfast was way below 3*hotel average. Half of the machines in the game room was not working... For 204 EUR / night you have to even clean the room after your self and also take the garbage out... If you want for 204 eur / night a toilet paper you have to go to the reception (first task is to even find the receptionist) and beg for it ... if you will smile she will give you ONE (in number "1") roll of toilet paper for the whole family...
