The rooms were renovated so they looked good and so did the bathroom.

The breakfast wasn't great at all. Yogurt sat there at room temperature, had little choice for people who are vegan or just lactose intolerant. It seemed like there were so few people at the hotel anyway, it would have been easier to give us a discount and we'd eat somewhere else. Other than the room, the hotel gives off an outdated vibe, you get your room key together with the TV's remote which is odd.

Poor breakfast, not very tasty, bad coffee (in Italy, come on...) Rooms was new and nice - the only good thing. In the room just few hooks, not enought for skiing holiday. The worst thing: one day towels were drying, one in the room, the second in the bathroom (me and my partner were known which towel was whos), but the room service took the towels, set them up and put on the table like a new... but they werent new. So at the end I took partner’s towel and he took mine... it isnt higienic. The towels was mixed, no changed for new one- its terrible

Fijn hotel, bederf door andere gasten waar niet tegen opgetreden werd.

Een prima ontbijt met ruime keuze, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Vlotte bediening, en heerlijk eten in de avond!! Een kwartier lopen naar de gondel of 5 min met de skibus die zeer regelmatig vertrekt. Top locatie dus.

Op de kamers geen waterkoker of mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te maken. Gebrekkige transparantie over kosten sauna/zwembad. (20,- per persoon, per bezoek) Er was een grote groep gasten aanwezig die zich als varkens gedroegen. Onbeschoft, luidruchtig agressief en dronken. Ze lieten hun kinderen door het hotel rennen en onrust veroorzaken tot diep in de nacht. Helaas werd er niet tegen deze schoften opgetreden terwijl meerdere mensen zich over hem beklaagden bij het personeel. Jammer, het heeft de sfeer deze week erg negatief bepaald.
