Magnificent stay

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Paula was always available to answer our questions and recommended great restaurants and spots, which we really enjoyed. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay in Dubrovnik

We arrived late so Paula did not meet up until next day with a map of the area plus old town and instructions on restaurants beaches etc. the apartment was spacious and clean. The bus to old town was number six and only a short walk to catch it. Five euro for two each way. We needed to have a couple of days off to relax and this was the perfect place. The beach was 10 minute walk but you need reef shoes as the bottom is ground chip. We were sad to leave and would stay again if in Croatia. Best advice is get to know the bus routes

We could not get the tv to go. We reported a fault and the owner responded to that immediately. But we still couldn’t get it to go. Most likely my fault. When checking in get clear instructions on the tv controls. In the end we didn’t care as we found some good books in the apartment

Peace & Comfort in Bustling Dubrovnik

Superb layout and gardens meant lots of room for family - modern decor and comforts. Surrounding treeline makes it feel like you are staying in a national park.

Slow walk uphill from nearby restaurants - local bus does overcome that if not energetic

Its a lovely apartment in a great area for visiting Dubrovnik and swimming from the beaches. Paula, the host, was very helpful and arranged transfers from the airport to the property. Its easy to walk to the local beaches and several good restaurants. And you are close to a bus route that takes you straight to Dubrovnik Old Town and other areas in the city centre.

A beautifully presented spacious apartment. Great location for short walk to catch bus to Old City. Quiet, easy walk to beach, local restaurant and down to Lapad. Paula very friendly, good communication and very helpful. Would fully recommend staying here.

We were on a road trip right from North to south of Croatia and had done many bookings at different places in Croatia. LIKE: • Super hosts - Very friendly and nice to talk. • Gave us a good handover and explained us all about the places to visit and recommendations for the restaurants nearby. • Very good place. • Very close to the beach Cabcabana. It was a very good beach and my daughter enjoyed it a lot. • Good and safe parking place outside the apartment.

The AC is in the living room and the cooling doesnot reach the bedroom.

Everything was amazing and perfect. Definitely the best apartment I've ever stayed in! The room was so clean and had everything and the view from the large balcony was absolutely gorgeous. We arrived exhausted due to a delayed flight, but Paula's hospitality made our stay in Dubrovnik wonderful. You should definitely stay here.

Very nice and relaxing place

Beautiful and quiet, very relaxing, generous back garden, with sun beds and swings (there is even a grill!), fresh air for the morning coffee, because the sun was on the other side of the building. The apartment was new and modern, nicely decorated, spacious and with a fully equipped kitchen, appliances new and in great condition. The hosts are wonderful people, helpful and welcoming. Everything was just perfect! The location is ideal as its just few mins walk from the small beach area. Supermarket, eateries are close by- would take 10mins by walk or 5 mins by car/bike. The apartment was fully equipped with all the things needed for a comfortable stay. The host is quite helpful and is always available to provide any support!

Maybe the public transport needs a bit of walking from the apartment.

Paula is a fantastic host. she lives in the house and is always available. the apartment is very, very clean, perfectly divided, perfectly furnished. many details were considered. our apartment had a beautiful balcony with a wonderful sea view. the district "babin kuk" is an ideal place because you have the beach nearby, shopping facilities and a private parking lot in front of the house.

Spotlessly clean. Beds and sofas very comfortable. Plenty of towels and toilet rolls provided. Good size. Good location. Easy access to Old Town via convenient bus stop and short bus ride. 5 minutes walk from a popular beach. Host and her family very helpful throughout.

Small point but if possible introduce ability to separate waste into what is recyclable and what is landfill.

we are very happy about having chosen this apartment

wonderful communication with Paula-her flexibility and responsiveness to our needs. The area is very quiet-far from any noisy roads.You can walk to Dubrovnik and to 2 close beaches. nice jogging trails. The sea view from our terrace. The Covid 19 PCR test site, which we needed to enter the US, was across the street. Just very convenient. We left our car there during our entire stay.The kitchen was maybe the best equipped kitchen we ever had in an apartment. Very good bed!

Fantastic apartment with great host!

Beautiful, modern and clean apartment in a good location. The host Paula was absolutely lovely and very helpful during our stay. I loved the Garden and facilities to relax and sunbathe. Very Clean, Comfy and Accomodating

The location is in a quiet, green neighborhood adjacent to some of the nicest beaches in Dubrovnik, including a wonderful one specifically for dogs and their owners. The apartment is owned and operated by a lovely family. Paula was available at all times via phone and text. Her father even drove my wife to the hospital and the pharmacy on Saturday afternoon when she had a health problem.

Double room with fresh white linens... Good for being away from the crowds

The hosts were extremely nice. Bedsheets nice, white and crisp linen and smells good. TOWELS THICK, white and new

Location too far from center. If you choose double room-it has no kitchen, so you can't prepare breakfast. NO nearby restaurants for breakfast. No free coffee,no freebies except 1 bottle water for the whole stay. Bathroom no hangers for towels. Heater is near a light switch,so if you accidentally touch it, you will take a freezing shower. Violet curtains are stucked. So it is very dark in the room. So booking a room with "a view" became useless. You have to choose an apartment, more expensive but the host said it is more complete . Inconvenient. Nothing to do much in the area, you need to take the bus to downtown. All activities are in downtown.

Het appartement ligt op een rustige locatie 5 minuten lopen van het strand. Het appartement is erg ruim en zeer schoon. Paula is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Een klein minpuntje is dat er geen apart toilet is en 1 badkamer met 4 personen gedeeld wordt. Maar we wisten dit van te voren dus dat kwam niet als een verrassing.
