Breakfast very good and varied.
Pool very nice BUT not heated, and neither was the one in our room. Not a massive issue but not overly enjoyable for the first 5-10 mins.
Staff incredibly friendly and professional
Beds very comfortable and rooms were well equipped
The two bedroom suite was very nice. Couple of suggestions for improvement.
Reconfigure the shower room upstairs as the shower is pretty much unworkable. Move the toilet and create a proper walk in shower. Invest in one of those toilets with a hand basin over the cistern to make it work.
Pool on the roof was nice but so very cold and slightly unpleasant. Not really usable (for us) when the sun was setting which would have given some nice views
The downstairs bathroom could also do with a mini makeover but it is more than acceptable.
Nothing in the vicinity (Which we knew) but was surprised taxis were 15 Euros each way for the 4 mile journey into Chania town.

It was an extremely attractive hotel - just the right size to make the guest feel welcome and as if they had been invited as a guest rather than being a paying guest. The pool and restaurant area were very lush, comfortable and appealing.
The surrounding area was a little disappointing and the noise of the traffic was quite loud at certain times of the day.
