Loved the location although we didn't use the beaches nearby there were plenty to choose from and accessible on foot, the friendliness of the staff, the very pretty garden and pool area, the comfort of the room and bed, the recommended places to eat by the staff (some of the best food we have eaten in Crete!)
The only thing that could be even better is the sauna area - the shower next to the sauna didn't work and we didn't know where the other showers were so it was difficult to wash off the sweat from the sauna which is of course very important. But the sauna itself was fantastic,.

The place is clean and comfortable. Placed not far from Chania and have bus station near the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful. You have all the needed facilities including heated pool in the winter (already heated when we were there).
The air conditioner is tricky. You must close all the doors and windows in order for it to work and during the night it probably didn’t work as the room was hot.
Breakfast is good but you choose from a menu and not a buffet. It depends if you like the concept or not.
