We recently stayed at this hotel in Chania for 7 nights with our 4-month-old baby, and we had a wonderful experience. Although the shuttle bus driver didn't show up at the airport, the hotel quickly arranged a free taxi for us, which was a great gesture and made our arrival stress-free.
The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the old town and the beach, making it easy for us to explore. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a cot accommodated for our baby. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel very welcome.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere by the swimming pool. The entire stay was relaxing and quiet, exactly what we were looking for.
Overall, this hotel provided excellent service, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania, especially families with young children. We will definitely return!
