Lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, staff very friendly, breakfast buffet is brilliant and has everything you could want. Small shop with all essentials. Location is great, near the beach and Chania.
Only fault is STOP allowing people to reserve sun-beds with towels.
Beds reserved before breakfast and then not using them for hours or some not using them at all because they are for their children. Take towels away if not used like some other hotels do ! Pool area is not big enough to allow this.

The location is perfect. Beach is 5 minutes walk, taxi to the old town is less than 10 minutes and there are lovely restaurants 15 minutes walk away. The food and drinks at the hotel are delicious. Definitely try the club sandwich!
All the staff were friendly and helpful. Maisonette was cleaned daily and had everything we needed for our stay. Having a minimart on site was perfect, we used it daily for freshly baked bread, cheese, ham, tomatoes, drinks etc.
It is a beautiful hotel with lots of well kept flowers and trees. Wifi signal is strong throughout. Aircon worked perfectly both upstairs and downstairs.
This is our second stay because we loved it so much last time and it was just as wonderful, we would highly recommend staying here! A real home from home!

Resort was wonderful. Best breakfast I had at any resort. Location was central to three beaches. Each beach walking distance and facing different directions, therefore you can find a calm beach, based on wind direction. 10 minute drive to the old port city of Chania, also bus stop close by. Very clean, large apartments with balconies. Great pools, gym, and luggage storage area.

Overall a nice complex but we were put into room 11 next to the public toilets and very little light very poor ❤️
