Great location, a quiet defence location not too far from the Chania city centre but not directly in the tourist hotspot. Staff were amazing helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Lovely pools and the complex overlooking the sea made for a relaxing stay.
Property was a little tired, could do with a fresh paint and touching up. Kitchen wasn’t amazingly equipped which made it difficult cooking anything other than a basic meal

The hotel is near Chania yet far enough away from its noisy streets. The rocky beach just in front of the hotel is good for snorkeling. The typical sandy beach is 50m from the hotel. It is a great place to start your journey throughout Crete. The rooms are very clean and the buildings are located in nice garden space. The parking is good and big enough. The main road right in front of the hotel is very busy so I do not recomend the street rooms. If you are with kids keep an eye on them because of the street.

Location, beautiful views, cleanness, excellent customer service
Unfortunately Food at the restaurant needs improvement . It wasn’t tasty and didn’t feel fresh. Tried few dishes to give them chance but… it was terrible.

Amazing staff. Really ready to do anything for you to enjoy the stay.
Rooms are outdated and the parking mentioned is not unlimited however we were very lucky to get a spot in front of the hotel.
