High end, good facilities, convenient for bus/shop/water park/cycling in Saalbach/Hinterglemm

Brilliant apartment in Saalbach We (couple from the UK) stayed in the Zwolferkogel apartment for 2 weeks in June 2023 and we had a brilliant time. Hans is a perfect host, really friendly and so helpful. The apartment was immaculately clean, has a luxury finish and it had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The whole house is kept immaculately clean and tidy and was quiet and peaceful during our stay. We really felt like this was a home away from home and were sad to leave! We are road cyclists and attended a cycling event in Saalbach during our holiday. The apartments are great for cyclists with a large, secure bike room, a locker for storing shoes, helmets etc. and there’s a washing machine for sweaty kit too! This all helped us to enjoy our stay even more. If you’re a mountain biker you’ll know about Saalbach but it’s also a great spot for road / gravel riding and we got out on some great rides. Saalbach itself and the wider valley and region is amazing for an outdoorsy summer holiday. The Joker card included with the accommodation gives free use of lifts, buses and the pool which is a short walk down the road which is such a bonus. Overall we absolutely loved our time here, we would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to return!

The only thing I would suggest is getting some drinks coasters and table place mats - we were worried about damaging the natural wood tables!

Great Location; Great Host; Descent Sauna; Good Value.

The fact that the property is on the main road and directly beside the bus stop to both Saalbach and Hinterglem means avoiding trekking with gear in ski boots. Plus its a short walk from Saalbach center, when wearing regular street shoes. At peak morning times, its advised to take the Ski bus in the Hinterglem direction as the ones coming from Hinterglem tend to full up and do not stop. The host is very friendly and accommodating, The facility Sauna is very nice for the muscles after skiing.

The kitchen counter space, at least in our unit, was quite small. This made made washing and drying dishes rather cumbersome. If you are only planning to have breakfast then this is fine, especially as the host provides fresh bread rolls each morning. If you wish to undertake some more elaborate cooking, then you may find that it will be somewhat tricky.

Es war perfekt.

Ein perfekt geplantes Haus. Der super gemütliche und einladende Saunabereich, der geräumige Skikeller mit beheizbaren und verschließbaren Schränken, der im Flurbereich (für alle 3 Appartements) aufgestellte Schrank mit Akkustaubsauger und Putzmitteln sowie ein weiterer mit Spielen und Büchern. Unser Appartement „Schattberg“ hatte ausreichend Schränke und Ablagemöglichkeiten- sogar im Winter mit 6 Personen. Auch die Mülltrennung war super organisiert bzw. vorbereitet. Das ganze Haus war gut schallisoliert.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Im Winter muss man entweder mindestens 600 Meter laufen oder den Bus (Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür) nutzen.

Super leuk verblijf gehad met een zeer vriendelijke eigenaar.

Ontbijt konden we bestellen via lever dienst. Appartement was zeer mooi en alles was aanwezig. Perfect verblijf centraal gelegen en voor het appartement een stopplaats van de skibus.

Misten wel iets om na het skien ons 3 jarig kind. Speeltuin mocht niet betreden worden. Geen zwembad maar dit wisten we tijdens onze boeking, dus kunnen dit zeker niet kwalijk nemen.

Super Unterkunft in toller Lage

Die Unterkunft ist modern, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Lage der Apartments ist toll - der Skibus hält direkt vor der Tür und man gelangt somit in wenigen Minuten zur nächsten Gondel. Auch eine öffentliche Anreise zur Unterkunft ist unkompliziert machbar. Der Gastgeber ist besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend, er war zu jeder Zeit für uns verfügbar und hat uns weitergeholfen. Check-in und Check-out waren super unkompliziert und es gab die Möglichkeit, am Abreisetage das Gepäck zwischenzulagern. Der Aufenthalt ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Alt i alt 12/10. God vært, lækkert værelse og saunaområde.

Meget lækkert værelse med stor altan. God størrelse køkken med nye møbler, og alt hvad man skal bruge for at kunne lave mad. Der var endda opvaskemaskine og tabs klar. Der er både køleskab og fryser. Hans er en virkelig god vært, og havde endda stået op kl 3.30 for at overrække os nøglen. Alt er flot og nyt - badeværelset er lækkert, der er tænkt over tingene. Der er håndklæder klar i sauna - og et bad. Der er højtaler både på toilettet på værelset, og saunaen. Meget gennemført.

Der måtte godt være lidt flere glas, tallerkner og bestik, for at man ikke skal tænde opvaskemaskinen både morgen og aften. Skiskabet var lidt for småt til at klemme både 3 par ski og 3 par støvler ind. Dog er der stænger til skiene ved siden af, men de var optaget af andre gæster. Vi synes der manglede varme i støvlevarmeren, men måske vi ikke kunne finde ud af at tænde den rigtigt.

Bei einem Vermieter wie dem Hans, beginnt der Urlaub bereits vor der Ankunft! Der Empfang vor Ort war sehr herzlich und es wurde sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Das Appartement Niederseer ist modern, originell und hochwertig ausgestattet, verliert dabei aber nicht an Gemütlichkeit.
