Overall excellent stay , location and hosts
easy with multiple cards to access the property I left a battery charger and the hosts looked for it, found it and sent it through FOC - fantastic service
small point but we arrived early (12 midday) and asked if we could access the room early - we were aware that check in was not till 4pm (when the text with the key lock number was sent to us) - the house was already cleaned and empty - it would have been nice if we could have been sent the code as soon as it was cleaned and ready instead of made to wait the extra hours

I would stay there again . company very easy to deal with and easy to contact even though we didn’t actually meet anyon
great location / heated boot racks and great ski storage at entrance/ easy location to the main cable car and close ski back. beds very comfortable, good heating and plenty of hot water for showers.
only 2 bathrooms … separate toilets did help. kitchen is a bit small too but was ok for us.

Bad
During our stay , one of the circuit breakers turned off card access system to the house and we were not able to enter to the property. ( Key is not provided, only contactless cards). Emergency contact number is working only Monday to Friday so if something goes wrong on the weekend you have to wait until Monday.

Lage war top! Es gibt Zwei Garagen perfekt für combis, ein Bus oder SUV passt nicht rein! Aber dafür Fahrräder ohne Ende. Perfekte Wohnung für den Sommer!
Das einzige was mir persönlich gefehlt hat waren eine Verteiler Dose am Fernseher.

Locatie is super maar dit ook het enigste.
Ons verblijf in het vakantiehuisje in Saalbach viel tegen vanwege de beperkte ruimte. Voor €7.000 per week verwacht je meer. Het huis is simpelweg te klein voor een groep volwassenen. Eén slaapkamer heeft twee stapelbedden, maar er is nauwelijks plaats om bagage op te bergen, laat staan om kledij netjes in een kast te leggen. De keuken is erg krap, waardoor samen koken lastig is. Daarnaast is de vaatwasser klein en biedt de koelkast – een tafelmodel met een klein vriesvak – onvoldoende ruimte. In de winter kan drank eventueel buiten gezet worden, maar in de zomer is dit een groot probleem. Ook de sanitaire voorzieningen zijn ontoereikend: twee toiletten en twee badkamers voor 12 personen is echt te weinig. Bovendien komt daar nog eens een extra schoonmaakkost van €400 bovenop. De living biedt 12 zitplaatsen, maar er staat slechts 2 zetels van 3 voor 12 personen, wat het comfort verder beperkt.
