Spacious and conveniently located residence near ski slopes in the downtown.

Excellent location (ski to door), ample parking, spacious apartment, and comfortable wellness facilities...

The bedding was not clean - we had to complain. The furniture was a bit used up, given the 500€ price per night, you expect better quality. Skis lockers system broke down during our stay... Allowing guests to keep the car in the parking lot till 2pm on a checkout day would be a great gesture as the parking remains empty till the subsequent checkin at 3pm...

Good time spent in the mountains location in the place that gives a chance to rest

Comfortable place in center of Saalbach, good restaurant below offers delicious Italian cuisine. Room is well equipped and offers mainly everything needed.

Many surcharges: animal (30€ a night), parking (8€ a car, while we travel as a group with 3 cars), city taxes… it ended up that booking price paid in advance was missing 25% of end price. No bike room, first we stored our bikes in ski room but after few nights service hanged ‘no bikes allowed’ sign. People are asked to keep bikes in hotel garage behind cars - stressful situation when we have competition bikes 3-5k€ each.

Saalbach is fantastic, but the apartment itself was a major letdown

Disappointing value for money – budget experience at premium price Let’s start with the parking. Naturally, there’s an extra charge—because who doesn’t love paying more to squeeze their car into a space seemingly designed for toy vehicles? And if you brought a bike? Cute. There’s no dedicated area, and you can’t take it to your room or any storage space. Just leave it in the garage and hope it doesn’t get adopted or run over. The apartment itself? A minimalist’s dream. Two dishwasher tablets for the whole week—because clearly, you only eat once. No dish soap, one trash bag, and internet so slow it makes dial-up look futuristic. Unless you enjoy watching pages load pixel by pixel, you’ll be setting up your own mobile hotspot. Cleaning and maintenance? Think of it as a DIY adventure. If you enjoy sleeping on mystery-stained mattresses and bedding that looks like it’s seen a few wars, you’re in luck. Dust allergy? No worries—just swing by the pharmacy and consider it part of the local experience. The apartment shows significant wear and tear, with damages you might even be held responsible for. Final thoughts? If you’ve ever dreamed of paying premium rates for a crash course in budget-level survival, this place delivers. All that’s missing is a certificate at checkout.

Nice but impractical

Great location for skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. Lots of space.

Washing and drying facilities. Saalbach-Hinterglemm valley has no public laundry facilities because it is a common facility in hotels and apartments. But not this apartment block. If you are hiking and mountain biking in the summer you would expect to get dirty clothes. There is no laundry room which is very bad as the space must exist in the building. The lovely guys at reception had no suggestions except to drive 40mins to the closest laundrette. But MUCH worse than this, there is zero ability to dry anything. Nothing. No radiators, not even in the bathroom. So if you get any shoes, clothing, jackets, ski gloves wet you have zero ability to dry anything at all. I have stayed in dozens of mountain hotel and apartments while skiing and biking and never had this issue. Because of this I couldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone I’m afraid.

The price is too high, considering the offer.

Location great, 3 min walk to the gondola. Close to the city center.

The hotel needs renovation, they don't offer breakfast, the parking lot is quite far away in the tunnel, the saunas and wellness are not open in the winter, the kitchen is modestly equipped. The ski room is too small, you get one tiny locker in which you can't fit 4 pairs of skis, ski boots, in short, the price is too high, considering the offer. The reception is open from 8.40 in the morning, too late for those who would like to go skiing early.

ideal location near slopes. three lifts within 100metres. free parking room has a full dining set and cooking options very nice spa

Superb

Super friendly staff. The apartment was spacious and clean. We had all the equipment we needed for cooking. We loved that we could order Senmeln and Wecken for the next morning, including Sunday and Monday. Joker card was handy. We liked the sauna as well.

Location was great and accommodations were beautiful. Facilities were clean and staff were extremely helpful. The location to the slopes is incredible and we were very impressed with everything. Would definitely book here again!

Great location, spacious

Location was amazing. Can ski/ board right to the door. Chair lift and 2 cable cars 2 minutes away. Italian restaurant in the building. 3 bedroom apartment had 3 bathrooms. Perfect for a group

Only minor things. Had to strip the sheets from the bed on leaving. I thought that weird since you pay cleaning fee. No shower gel or salt n pepper.

Nice place but not if you are a light sleeper.

good location. clean and nice rooms. sauna area. fresh breakfast bread delivery to hotel in the morning.

Poor sound insulation. you can hear everything that happens in the house and since there is no night recepcion we woke up several times during the night thanks to partying people. Pillows are really thick and nothing else is available. No place to put your wet ski clothes or shoes. Sauna cooling area was used as somekind of waiting area for guests with no room yet. not very relaxing to shower infront of them.

Degelijk appartement in het centrum van Saalbach

Al bij al een goed prijs/kwaliteitsappartement in het gezellige centrum van Saalbach. Skilift, bars, restaurants en winkels bij de deur. Geen overdreven luxe. Maar alles is aanwezig voor een gezellige groepsvakantie. En dat tegen een zeer schappelijke prijs.

Ons appartement was bij aankomst om 17u nog niet klaar waardoor het inchecken wat hectisch was. Maar dat was ook weer snel vergeten. Geen fan van stapelbedden voor volwassenen. Vooral niet als het laddertje zich aan de bedrand aan het voeteneinde bevindt. Het vraagt wat behendigheid om je voeten op de treden te krijgen.

Het appartement was schoon en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig.

Ons appartement lag aan een gang met zware branddeuren. Die sloegen continu hard dicht. Het was niet te doen om daar doorheen te slapen.

Ligging en prijs / kwaliteit waren top.

Uitrusting van keuken was niet compleet. Na melding kregen we enkele bestellen extra maar er was alsnog te weinig en ander keuken (potten) materiaal werd niet aangevuld.

Prima locatie aan het einde van het centrum, supermarkt, bakker, liften, bushalte alles op loopafstand te bereiken. Genoeg restaurantjes in het centrum aanwezig

Schönes Apartment

Die Lage ist top, nicht weit vom Lift. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein fehlender Wasserkocher wurde schnellstmöglich ersetzt. Das Apartment war gemütlich und es gab ausreichend Platz.

Die Ausstattung der Küche, da könnte nochmal nachgearbeitet werden. Es fehlten große Tassen, große Löffel, eine richtige Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen. Eine zweite Pfanne wäre auch gut.

Rigtig dejligt sted og dejlige muligheder for familier.

Det lå rigtig centralt og lejligheden var dejlig rumlig.

Lejligheden er lidt ned slidt og ting der er gået i stykker er ikke repareret og den ligger hele døgnet i skygge. Det er også utrygt at betale 500€ i depositum når så meget er i stykker når man kommer.

Mycket bra läge på huvudgatan, men ändå i utkanten så enkelt att nå med bil. Parkeringsgarage i källaren för bil. Mycket stor och rymlig lägenhet som är välutrustad.
