Overall, we thought it was too expensive for what the flat offers… but I guess you pay for being right in the center. It

Photos of furniture and set up of flat look better than in reality. Lacks a soul in the place. Parking should be free as the rental is already so high.

Totally unprofessional management of the Residence Kristall. Disaster!!!

Saalbach Hinterglem has a great bike park.

Residence Kristall has totally unprofessional management...disaster!!! Their only goal is to collect money from the customer. They do not care about the guests experience!!! What a shame 😔. The only positive experience in the "hotel" is the receptionist.

Superb

The location is excellent, the apartment very nice, spacious and clean, lost of storage to hanging coats, etc, 3 bathrooms. Receptionists very friendly and helpful.

I would prefer to have more cooking pots, there were 3 pots (large, medium and small) and for 2 families it was bit tight.

Pleasant

Accomodation in Annexe, not in Residence Kristall. Beds not made up. Parking comes at extra cost. No hairdryer in the apartment. Check out at 9AM, so our card stopped working exactly at 9AM.

Good value for money, good situated

Prearranged by message. Nice service at the arrival. Flexible when needed. Friendly all the time and extremely helpful. Rooms were clean but tiny. Still abputzend for a few days. Nice equipped tho! 9 out of 10 if you stay for a few days!

Decent price quality however lacking the details

The location was great. The staff friendly and the apartment spacious (we were with 4 people in 6-8p. Apartment).

The beds weren’t made we had to do that ourselves which I thought is rather strange. Furthermore one bathroom had a funny, almost moist smell. Also the possibility to check out in only one hour is a bit strange.

Perfect Bike trip

The property was so close to town and ski/bike lift. Szabina was such a star and looked after us during our stay. Full of local knowledge and happy to help. The apartment was really nicely decorated and a full kitchen was available. The rooms where spacious and very comfortable to live in, plenty of storage space throughout the apartment. On site sauna was a bonus and there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Hygiëne was matig. Vaatwasser lekte, licht kapot, televisie deed het niet, stoel kapot, bedden slecht.

Ganz in Ordnung

Die Lage ist super, um die umliegenden Bahnen zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Supermarkt und einen Bäcker. Die Größe der Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Das Personal an der Hauptrezeption war sehr freundlich. Check-in und Check-out sind gewohnt unkompliziert.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht ganz so sauber, wie wir es von dieser Kette gewohnt sind. Wir hatten zwar zwei Balkone, aber leider von keinem eine gute Aussicht.

Netjes en ruim appartement

Jammer dat je geen Nederlandse televisie kan kijken en dat er geen klein zwembad bij de sauna is . En misschien een speelkamer met tafeltennis, voetbaltafel pooltafel

Toller Familienaufenthalt in Saalbach

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe von Erlebnisvad, Promenade, Lift, Bäcker. Super sauber und gross mit ausreichend Ecken für grössere Familie, wenn das Wetter nicht passt. Parking. Kleines Saunabereich, Joker Card!

Die Parkplätze waren etwa eng, was ok ist, wenn die Leute auf den Nachbarparkplätzen fair parken.

Fantastisk vistelse i fina Saalbach

Mycket fräscht, bra med två badrum, välutrustat, perfekt läge nära lift och byn. Jokerkort en mycket bra bonus!
