Great stay, would go to Saalbach again.

The apartment is in a huge apartment building where some apartments are rented out to tourist and others locals reside. When you enter the building you wonder where you are but as soon as you open the door of the apartment (we had #37) you enter a clean and modern apartment that has all you need. We did not use the pool and sauna area in the basement of the building. The supermarket is close so also convenient.

The only dislike for us was the location of the apartment as it is in the bottom of the village and walking to the higher located ski-lifts was too far for us. We used the car every day and the free parking at the Kohlmaisbahn made this easy. Option could be to offer a ski-depot locker available at the lift location.

Good place for skiing/snowboarding vacation

The apartment is new, stylish clean and comfortable. The location is within walking distance (especially for snowboarders) from the ski lifts. The host provides a parking permit. There is also Billa grocery store nearby, which is especially convenient is you are going to cook in-house. The hob and oven are modern and functional. There is a Netflix subscription. )

Well there were some moments worth mentioning: 1. The host will ask you for a security deposit (300 EUR) that you need to pay 2 weeks in advance and an additional concierge fee (30 EUR) if choose to pay the deposit in cash at check-in; 2. Please note that there are no additional things in the apartment like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags. So it makes sense to take care of this in advance. 3. Although you will have a parking permit, in fact there might be not enough places at the parking, so you might not be able to find a free slot. 4. Although there is a coffee machine in the apartment the capsule type seems to be quite rare. At least we couldn't find them in the store. 5. The host will ask you to clean up the apartment before leaving. Consider planning this for your check-out.

Apt in very good location and condition. In-house facilities very good. Would be happy to stay again

The in-house sauna and pool were excellent. The apartment was well equipped. Host responsive and helpful.

we couldn't enter the house using the provided instructions and needed to contact host. Was luckily resolved but could be very annoying at late arrival. The apt could be a bit warmer but we understand the reasons for energy conservation during the Ukraine war. The lights in the room are bit too intensive... :/

Bedden waren erg hard en woonkamer te licht om te slapen. Geen standaard voorzieningen aanwezig ( douche gel, weinig wc papier , 1 blokje vaatwasser.
