Warm and welcoming base, perfectly located near ski lifts and the town.

Very good location near the town but far enough away to be quiet at night. well- equipped compact kitchen space and nice bathrooms/excellent showers. Loads of storage in the large living room and bedroom. Comfy, large sofa bed. (We were four adults sharing and that worked fine as there are two bathrooms.) Heated boot/ski lockers were very handy. Nice view of the closest bubble lift - Bernkogel - which is just a a few minutes’ walk away and Schattberg in the distance. Nice details like a reading light on the wall next to the sofa bed show some thought has gone into fitting out the living space.

Nothing - it was great. Would just be nice to have a second locker key maybe, to facilitate speedy getaways in the morning if you’re all off to different ski areas, but there is a key box outside for the door key and locker key, so one set of keys works.

The only con was lowering attic ceiling in the living room in the Appartment no. 9.

Booking.com should not offer such apartments

The balcony was also accessed through a door from the hallway and a window from the toilet of the neighboring apartment. The bedroom window faced directly onto the balcony and the bedroom of the neighboring apartment, the curtains had to be kept closed for privacy.

Just great , highly recommended.

The apartment was just fantastic, it was in a very good shape, quality alll the way through. Very very nice showers, good beds, good kitchen, the dishwasher we didn't use but it was there. Miele stove and dishwasher, 5+. If there is one thing then I would have liked to have a Microwave oven. We (the family) were super happy with it. The distance to restaurants, cabin lift, grocery stores, ... was just around the corner.

I missed a microwave, which apparently the other appartments had... but everything else made this a small thing, as we could use the oven.

Exceptional

Location is excellent. Walking distance to the lifts and city center. Clean and nice property. There is a small pantry where simple dishes can be prepared. It is not a full kitchen and there was no oven, only a microwave oven.

The room was told to be suitable for 2-4 persons. It's perfect for two persons. Three can stay comfortable, but I would not stay four in such a small apartment. Then I would book one of the larger apartments. Limited selection of kitchen utensils, no toaster and no measures.

Great location in beautiful area, perfect for families with kids.

Location is great, 2 mins from main town center but slightly out of the bustle and lovely views (top floor balcony). We were in the upper floor appt with sloping ceilings but not a problem for us, and appt was larger then expected. Appt was very clean with cosy linen. Every few days rubbish was removed and towels changed.

Couple of kitchen items missing (scissors, small sharp knife, working bottle opener) but just needs updating. Unfortunately no useable garden (other then bike wash) which was a shame.

The extra cleaning charge was expensive and a bit cumbersome to pay, it would have been easier and give us a slight better customer experience if it was just part of the total amount from the beginning

Overrated

Sauberkeit. Heizung war gut.

The landlord never showed up, neither anyone responsible. Parking was occupied by other car, the landlord did nothing to remedy the situation. The landlord demanded to receive the remaining costs, in another address at particular time. Overall, overrated, too expensive and unpleasant accommodation.

Brilliant stay and apartment

The property is located in a brilliant village, I have returned to Saalbach many times! Easy access to the village and activities. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything we need - couldn’t fault it. Absolutely amazing value for money! Would definitely return to Fürstauer.

Huge and comfortable apartment, well equipped. Very good localisation, close to the bicycle path and lift, wonderful place for riding on enduro bike / all mountain bike and off course skiing. Room and place to wash for bicycles, beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony (photo attached).

Our apartment was located in the attic and: 1st it was a bit dark (there were too few roof windows or lamps), 2nd the ceiling was too low in the kitchen and bathroom - I've met him a few times :-) and I'm not very tall at all

The stay in Appartements Fürstauer made our vacation perfect!

The rooms were comfy and big, bads are amazingly comfortable. Kitchen was fully equiped and gave us conveniency to cook our own food. The host (Anne) and staff are very hospitable and helpful the quick response and convenience. the apartment is 2 minutes walk from the main street with all the stores and apre ski

wifi was very weak I expected an apartment in a sporting area to have a washing machine and a dryer\cloth drying hanger, althou we were offered a paid washing service in an affordable price, I prefer to wash my own.

Exceptional

Very nice and clean rooms and the location of the accommodation is just perfect, we couldn't choose better. Kitchen fully equipped. We've also appreciated the bike "garage" and place for cleaning the bike. Whole communication was very smooth and straight forward. We will definitely come back.

Great location, many attractions an important things are in walking distance. Very unproblematic arrival check-in & check out. Very nice, spacious apartement, clean, all what one needs. Joker car included is a major advantage.

Osoby wynajmujące swoje mieszkania nie rozumieją, że numer parkingu jest przypisany do numeru pokoju. Na cały pobyt tylko raz na chwile udało nam się stanąć na swoim miejscu- akurat nasze było najlepsze bo przy wejściu, ale to brak pomyślenia. Przez to pewnie komuś zastawialiśmy co chwila miejsce , a wszystko jest napisane w wiadomości od gospodarza wystarczy czytać i myśleć.

Die Einrichtung war sehr schön, vor allen Dingen alles sehr leise, gut gedämmt. Genügend Handtücher und Toilettenpapier:-) Gute Anbindung an Lifte und ins Zentrum.

Zu wenig Schneidebretter, Kleine Reibe wäre schön und eventuell ein Brotkorb. Beim Eingagn wäre für das Reinigungpersonal von Vorteil Schuhabstellbretter, dann bliebe der Boden sauberer

Die Wohnung war angenehm groß, 2 Bäder, sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Ski konnten in seperaten beheizten Schränken (zwei Schränke für diese Wohnung, abschließbar) im Ski- Raum aufbewahrt werden.

Die Sitzbank am Esstisch steht gegenüber dem Fernseher und war abends eher sehr unbequem. Das vorhandene Sofa steht abseits und kann zumindest zum Fernsehen nicht genutzt werden.

Het was een mooi appartement. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig en het was schoon!

Ontbijt zelf geregeld. Locatie was prima. dichtbij de skipiste

De parkeerplaats. Onze plaats was bezet door een andere auto. Advies was om onze auto achter deze auto te plaatsen. Gevolg: volgende morgen € 20,- parkeerboete. Wij spraken de eigenaar van de auto, maar die had onze parkeerplaats genomen, omdat die van hem ook bezet was door een andere auto. 's Avonds was onze parkeerplaats weer vrij. wij moesten zelf onze auto overdag ergens anders parkeren à € 30,- Conclusie : misschien toch meer controle of de juiste auto op de juiste plaats staat.

luxe appartement - voor fijn verblijf in Saalbach

Fijne locatie - heel compleet en fijn appartement voor 2 weken. Alles verliep heel soepel bij aankomst en vertrek. Regelmatige handdoekwissel was ook erg fijn. Kortom - heel fijn verblijf hier gehad in Saalbach.

Ruim appartement, goede locatie maar geen service

Ruim appartement, zeer goede locatie, goede bedden. Extra handdoeken waren beschikbaar.

kredietkaartgegevens werden gevraagd via mail en whats app link , dit is echt niet ok . Cash betaling is niet mogelijk. Toeristentaks moet betaald worden zelfs voor aankomst. Er komt niemand ter plaatse voor check-in of check -out Verwarming deed het niet, bakjes in frigo ontbraken of waren beschadigd. De joker kaart lag niet klaar zoals dat bij andere verblijven wel het geval is. In plaats daarvan krijgt je instructies om app te installeren, account aanmaken ed. Idem voor de bonuskaart maar weer een andere app. Dit zijn taken die de verhuurder op zicht moet nemen en niet moet doorschuiven naar de klant. Als je voor 16u toekomt willen ze early check-in kost aanrekenen. Als je meldt dat je na 16u toekomt, is het antwoord mogelijk extra kost voor late incheck. Dit is geen klantvriendelijke communicatie.

Heerlijke week gehad in Saalbach

Mooi appartement net buiten het centrum van Saalbach. Goede faciliteiten, zoals ruimte om was en schoenen te drogen. Handdoeken kregen we vaak nieuw en ook een schoon onderlaken voor de kids was geen probleem!.

Het keukengerei was niet heel uitgebreid maar we hebben ons er prima mee gered. Vanuit ons appartement geen uitzicht maar verder een heel fijn verblijf
