Highly recommend this property! It’s ideally situated just steps from the town center, giving you easy access to everything while being far enough away to escape the noise. Since there’s no restaurant on the ground floor, it is exceptionally quiet at night, making it easy to get a great night's rest.
The location is unbeatable for getting around: it’s right next to the Schattberg X-press and the bus stop connecting to Zell am See and Hinterglemm, as well as being extremely close to the Kohlmaisbahn.
To top it off, the host was fantastic—super friendly, highly responsive, and always answered via WhatsApp within minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

The balcony was also accessed through a door from the hallway and a window from the toilet of the neighboring apartment. The bedroom window faced directly onto the balcony and the bedroom of the neighboring apartment, the curtains had to be kept closed for privacy.
