Fanstastic week in a really lovely apartment with fabulous skiing all around

Location was excellent, literally steps from one of the main gondolas, the Kohlmaisbahn. Apartment itself was a lovely size and well equipped for what we needed. Bed was really comfortable and so was the pull out couch.

Have nothing bad to say about this apartment. Easy to check in and check out. Ski and boot room were great size. Could do with upgrade in some of the pillows!

Perfect location- next to ski lifts, ski to door, apres ski bars in the town. Check-in apartments was convient. Parking, ski storage. Possibility to order bred with delivery.

Could be so much better with some easy fixes to communication, bed, and kitchen.

Location next to lift (almost ski-in/out) and in the centre. Big apartment with separate bedroom. Big balcony with nice view. Good parking at nearby Zentrum Garage included. Local contact Mark at day of check-in.

Terrible bed: squeaky and worn. Kitchen without microwave, oven, and air extractor. Non-responsive and confusion-causing agent at arm’s length. Location next to four of the most popular après-ski bars causing terrible street noise late at night. Outdated furniture. Early morning noise by Saalbach municipality: snow cleaning and garbage collection with heavy equipment and close-by church bells ringing every morning at 7.

De eigenaren zijn heel erg vriendelijk en reageren adequaat. Het is er ontzettend schoon en verzorgd.

Er had een bezem of een stofzuiger kunnen staan om in de week even snel zelf te kunnen vegen of stofzuigen in de woonkamer/keuken

Уютная квартира прямо рядом с подъемником

Квартира рядом с подъемником на гору (он в соседнем доме), потом можно последовательными спусками и подъемами переехать в соседние городки Хинтерглемм и Леоганг . Спуск с ближайшей горы также прямо к входу в дом. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания и для приготовления еды. Также в подвале расположена комната для лыж и помещение для сушки обуви. Есть большой балкон с уличной мебелью. Все очень уютно и комфортно. Хотя и немного старомодно (например , мебель). Рядом с домом много разнообразных пивных, баров, кафе и ресторанов. Совсем недалеко продуктовые магазины МПрайс и Билла. До ближайшего большого города Цель Ам Зее 20 минут на автомобиле. Парковка для одного автомобиля расположена прямо возле дома.

Довольно неудобное время заезда- не раньше 16-00. При этом выезд обязательно до 9-30. Соответственно вопрос: что можно убирать 6,5 часов? Причем правила требуют, чтобы вы оставили апартаменты в чистом виде ( даже обязаны выбросить весь мусор). Было бы правильным, дать возможность гостям оставаться до 11-00 и заехать в два или хотя бы в три часа. А так получается, что два дня полностью выпадают из довольно недешевого отдыха.

Aangenaam en ruim verblijf naast de skilift!

Alles goed geregeld, klein welkomspakketje met vaatwastabletten ook fijn en ruim appartement

Enige wat verbeterd kan worden is dat de bewegingssensor voor licht in de badkamer ook in de douche werkt, nu ging elke minuut het licht uit wanneer je aan het douchen was, dus moest je even uit de douche met je arm zwaaien om het weer aan te krijgen.

Zeer goede locatie, vlak naast de skilift. Zicht op de skipistes en het centrum. Voldoende après-ski-mogelijkheden binnen de 100 meter. Goede geluidsisolatie in het appartement. Was nodig door het geluid van het centrum en de sneeuwkanonnen.

Héél fijn appartement, maar toch wat klein... Badkamer en WC waren iets moeilijker te betreden door de kleine afmetingen en de deur die open moet.

Heerlijk verblijf op een toplocatie !

De ligging is perfect, precies naast de lift. Personeel was vriendelijk en we waren van alle gemakken voorzien. Balkon met uitzicht op de piste was ook super!
