Great location and excellent value for family stay.

Better or additional pillows needed. Steam room closed Wednesdays for some reason.

Great Value for Money, Clean.

A Great Location, Clean and great value for money just right for what we needed.

Couldn’t Check in Until 16:30, this meant we were standing around outside. You also never see any staff so can’t get let in.

Great location in the middle of town - near bars, restaurants & ski lifts. Good sauna & steam room

Perfect location very close to ski piste

Location is perfect! Only 1 minute away from Bernkogel and Kohlmais pistes. Highly recommended for location, especially with children carrying ski’s it’s just a short walk :) Place has everything you need: dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, bread toaster for a nice breakfast and cooking supplies in case you want to make dinner (we mainly ate at restaurants or takeaway)

We stayed with 4ppl (2 adults, 2 children) in a studio, would have been better if it was an appartment with separate bedroom. It is fully self-service, we never saw someone at reception which is ok if all is well. However we didn’t receive the code for the (car) gate, called a general number that also didn’t know the code and luckily bumped into another guest who told us the code. Upon checkout (also self-service), a maintenance van blocked the drive way so we couldn’t leave and with no one at reception we had to search in the building to find someone to move the van. All in all - we still highly recommend the place because the location is just unbeatable

The perfect location for skiing in Saalbach. Right beside 2 of the gondolas.

We arrived early in the day and wanted to get in a half day skiing. Check-in was not until after 4. There was no system in place to let us dump our bags at the building. Ultimately, someone let us in and we were able to hit the slopes but it would be helpful if this wasn't left to chance.

Perfekt läge mitt i byn med närheten till liftarna, restaurangerna och butik

Det fanns för få krokar att hänga upp saker på samt att det inte fanns så mycket sköna sittytor om man inte fixade till bäddsoffan efter varje natt.

De ligging

Te weinig handdoeken terwijl er in de beschrijving handdoeken aanwezig stond. Ook de douche was niet warm te krijgen.

Prima, maar hygiëne kan beter.

Goede ligging rand centrum, diverse skiliften op loopafstand, supermarkt op loopafstand en naast pizzeria en op loopafstand diverse horeca. Alles compleet aanwezig, incl sauna en ruimte voor ski’s en skischoenen te drogen.

Als er iets niet in orde is, lastig contact te krijgen met beheerder. Alleen via e-Mail. Hygiëne was niet top. Vieze grote bloedvlek in kussen, was gewoon schone hoes omheen gedaan. Gelukkig hadden wij dit kussen niet nodig. Toilet stonk ook snel. Kleed onder eettafel vol vlekken. Badkamer en rest was wel goed schoon.
