An excellent option for those interested in budget accommodation with amenities

Yes, the interior here is a little outdated, but it looks better in person than in the photos. The apartments have everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchenette. There is everything from appliances, dishes, and a refrigerator to a microwave, toaster, and oven. The Wi-Fi was fine. For residents of the building, there is a swimming pool, sauna, and ski storage room with powerful boot warmers in the basement. At our request, toilet paper and liquid soap were added. Upon check-in, we were kindly greeted and shown everything. There was also another meeting upon check-out to check the condition of the apartment and hand over the keys. There were no problems with the return of the deposit. There is a grocery store and a bus stop nearby. It is about a 15-minute walk to the city's main street.

According to our observations, this is not a hotel at all, but a residential building in which one or more apartments are rented out, so there is no reception here. Also, of course, there is no cleaning or towel replacement. We would like to see more types of garbage bags for better waste sorting. In general, it is assumed that if you need something, you have to buy it yourself. They also do not provide towels for the sauna, so we were unable to visit it. The large pillows and very soft mattress are a matter of personal preference, but unfortunately, we found it uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, for people taller than average, the bed may be too short. The hot water pressure in the shower is very weak, and if you turn on the water somewhere else in the apartment, it disappears completely. Despite the fact that there is a bus stop nearby, ski buses run every 20 minutes, so we had to walk. And the stop on the way back is located a little further away.

our holiday was enjoyable, apartments was ok but I would not rate it as it requires modernising.

kitchen was well equipped. the manager that runs the dots was very helpful and accommodating

there was black mould in hallway , rising damp from a leak in apt below the one I stayed in. The kitchen has two plugs for kettle toaster and coffee maker. I don’t think the oven, grill worked , not sure as I only tried it once . the beds are like ones I the ski museum.

Superb

Great location, about 10-15 walk to 3 major ski lifts and to the Saalbach city center with many restaurants. Supermarket is close by. Apartment is beautifully renovated. There is a small balcony to sit outside. Apartment complex is quiet. Hermann met with us to deliver the key, he is a very kind host.

The location is good. Close to the market and ski bus station (250 meters). It is also not far from the Saalbach center. The kitchen is well equipped.

The apartment was cold when we arrived. There was even a problem with the heaters in the bathroom and bedroom. This was solved quickly but the apartment should be heated before we arrived. It was hot enough only the next day, once the apartment's walls get warmer. The apartment wasn't very clean. I would say that it was fairly clean. The water in the swimming pool is cold, so we didn't use it.

Well equipped apartment with adequate cooking facilities. Comfortable bed. It was very easy to communicate with Robert and he was very helpful. We're also given discount for ski hire

10-15 minute walk to main ski lift. We hired a locker near the ski lift which made it a lot easier
