fantastic location, so many nice places to visit nearby and some lovely walks from the Hotel.
A bit disappointed that we had to pay £10 parking fee for parking in the hotel car park over night.

The position next to the river, the old bridge and mill makes it a very nice outside stay, relaxing. Super view!
Room small but enough space to rest well and set yourself in.
Nice staff, always ready to help. Breakfast was ok.
Property not taken care of, and though the furniture is clean, there is a lot of debris outside.
Parking should be bumbered and spots fixed as long as you pay for it.
Bathtroom needs re-supplied with soap / shower gel, windows need a but of cleaning.
It was too hot in the room, and though a fan is supplied, not enough for hot summer nights and days - AC should be really considered.

The location is so pretty.
Very quiet which was nice
Deposit taken upon arrival due to booking through booking.com of £30 still not refunded , not good for people on a budget.
No handwash , shower gels in room.
Broken fan and very hot room,
WiFi connection was terrible
Very short on staff
Parking very tight and not guaranteed and charged £10 for it for one night stay
