Stayed on a Sunday so we received a good deal. Picturesque little place on the outskirts. £10 to park. Very reasonable for bath. Coffee good and breakfast as expected.
No complaints Bit of a walk into Bath if that’s what you’re there for but plenty of buses and took us 40 minutes so not a negative for us.

Great stay in Bath! The location was excellent, very close to the city centre yet peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated being allowed an early check-in. Breakfast was good, and overall the experience was very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Room clean. Location great. The croissants for breakfast were very good.
Accessing the shower over the bath was difficult because the half-screen was fixed (not movable), the distance between the end of the screen and the wall made it very difficult to get into the shower/bath, as did the height of the bath. There were no grab rails. It was a health and safety hazard for both older people and younger children.
Parking was very cramped and there was an additional parking cost of £10 for the stay.
The ham and cheese for breakfast was horrible. There was a poor choice of cheap cereal. There wasn't any hot milk to go with the coffee. Overall, not a great breakfast
