Breakfast buffet was great. Shout out to Rudolph our server at the Conservatory for the great service. The Gnocchi was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.

The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Beds were very comfortable and towels were very plush. The bus stop at the bottom of the hill was also very convenient to get into the centre of Bath.
