Amazing location next door to the Paignton- Kingswear steam railway. Was greeted by a steam train as I arrived. Room was good and the breakfast excellent with plenty of choice. Very quiet in the evening as set someway back from the busy main road.
A bit confusing to find, initially, as there is a pub with accommodation close to the main road which I mistook for the railway hotel. Also, the roadway entrance and exit is a bit fraught because the road is so busy.

Clean, pretty, good breakfast. The location is great for buses and walks, but it's a bit strange, behind a pub on a very busy road. There's a cute steam train running along behind it.

Clean and comfortable with beautiful decor. Very comfortable bed. Pauline and Steve were lovely. Wonderful breakfast with loads of choice. We had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend.
