Excellent location. The house was so pretty, clean & friendly. My single room had everything I needed, super comfy bed. Kettle & mini fridge tea & coffee supplied.. Good variety of breakfast to choose from & cooked food Delicious. Excellent place to stay to enjoy Brixham & regular bus service to visit the area ..

Attic room was spotless but tiny. After an initial friendly introduction, things took a decidedly uncomfortable turn when, after asking for a jug of milk, I had the temerity to step over the threshhold of the landlord's living room, to say hello to their dog (I'm a dog person) and was swiftly chastised for my actions and told forcefully to remove myself forthwith! Another reason to stay in a hotel, rather than a guesthouse!!!
