Perfect! Lovely room with a nice separate sitting area. Mini fridge was much appreciated. The room and all public areas were spotlessly clean. Substantial Continental breakfast, and also a lovely hot breakfast cooked to order if desired. Car parking at front of property, or a permit is supplied to park at the church next door. Very short stroll to Brixham Harbour and Town. Jackie, Colin & Charlotte are the perfect hosts. The people that you would wish for as your neighbours... Don't hesitate to book here if you are visiting Brixham.

Jackie was a wonderful host. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable; the fan was appreciated in view of the extremely hot weather. There was a good selection at breakfast.
I would have liked bigger bath towels.

Great location, short walk into town. Clean and tidy and well looked after. Jackie was really attentive and helpful. It was ideal for my short stay and the room had everything I needed. Breakfast was very good 👍
