The hotel was incredibly bad. We had 4 rooms and they were all dirty, and a couple had black mould on the walls. One air vent was missing and a fast food box had been used to block the hole!

No shower curtain , shower support broken, parking space was not securised by fence. There was an automatic fencedoor but was not working.

One night is fine, but don't expect other guests to be polite

The staff were friendly and the room was clean when I arrived. The bed was comfortable and it was sufficient for a night's stay. I also appreciated that they were able to quickly provide a refund because I was charged twice (the automatic machine for checking in couldn't recognize my credit card). Although the bus station is nearby, you need to walk next to the highway so it's not ideal if you have heavy luggage.

My complaints are more to do with the other guests rather than the room itself, however the room was partly lacking. The walls are incredibly thin, and unfortunately I was able to hear the person in the room next to me talking loudly on the phone and watching TV. The hotel is supposed to be quiet at night, but there was constant partying and even though I requested a non-smoking room, both cigarette smoke and the smell of marijuana filled my room from outside, and opening the window where others could possibly climb in wasn't an option.

Quiet location.

Stayed here a few times. It doesn't improve! Tired and scruffy. Breakfast.. No bread arrives until it's too late. As usual.. Avoid if possible.

I went to this town because my best friend was getting married and I was going to her bachelor party and her wedding. Went I got to the hotel they said they didnt find my reservation and the place was fully booked, so I called booking.com to find out how come I made a reservation and hotel dont find it, and according to the staff the hotel was complet but I can still see their availability in Booking.com. I was waiting in the lobby while I get in touch with customer service and they asked me to leave the lobby and wait ousite in the middle of the cold, since I rejected to leave they say they were calling the police. At this point I dont understand what was going on, then I was another lady coming to me saying they dont want a prostitute in their hotel. All I can say is that for me they are racist, they should not call someone prostitute just because the complexion. Only because Im back i am a prostitute? This is just NOT right and Im taking legal actions, they will hear from my lawyer soon.

the person in the room next to ours was smoking continuously all evening and the horrible smell came on coming through the locked adjoining door.

Lac du Bourget

We came to relax and swim in Lake Bourget, as well as to visit other scenic spots. Very comfortable location, clean room and grounds. Thank you to all the staff❤️
