Friendly, clean, and great location for the through traveller

So close to the motorway (didn't hear any traffic noise once inside the hotel). Staff were lovely and efficient. Spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom.

Restaurant had a very limited menu (likely cooked from frozen)

A good stay near Chambéry

Room was clean and comfortable. On-site parking is convenient. Very close to autoroute, it’s a good place for people traveling on the road. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

Location off motorway good (but difficult to find) with plenty if eateries within 5 min walk

No kettle in room for making a tea after a long drive although there was a machine in the lobby lounge with a variety of tea types for guests. Wifi not useable but good mobile signal.

Great location for overnight stop.

Clean and comfortable for overnight stop. Large bed with crisp bedding. Good Restaurant and bar nearby. Also a great clothing shop opposite.

Disappointing. The staff were great. Management need to review certain issues, safety ,condition etc

The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Our room was a bit scruffy ,the bed base upholstery was torn with foam exposed . The edge of the countertop was damaged and sharp edged. Breakfast although adequate was not worth the 12 euros per person charged. Worst thing was that sometime during the night the elevator broke down but no "out of order" signs were posted on the elevator doors on the upper floors just on the ground level, leaving the guests to realise for themselves that there was no elevator. There is no signage on the stairs to indicate floor levels or exit routes , dangerous in a fire /elevator not working situation.

Excellent bed, quiet clean simple room, good nights sleep. Surprisingly good full breakfast more than usual continental breakfast!

Had booked two double rooms including breakfasts. Charged extra on check in for second person in a double room, unexpected.

Pas trop top ! It was not so good, in room smells a little bit of collor, also climatisation so noisy all night , and in the hotel in this moment it's so noisy in the morning, starting from 08.00 in the morning, because current repairs of second floor. So dear guests, if you can support that go a head 💪 ! It's your free time

Conveniently located

Heating/ventilation turned off, asked to be moved rooms and faced the same issue in a room that didn't seem to be finished or to have been cleaned. Was told heating restrictions were in place which I can understand but it must have been 15 degrees ans I not offered a blanket. Evening staff seemed to be clueless, it took 3 people behind a counter to come up with a "solution" to Curtains were filthy, ventilation filter were too, view onto the back of the hotel which seemed to used as a dumping ground. Got woken up by other people's squeaking doors, don't think it takes that much to oil hinges. As for breakfast, food was labelled as warm but in fact was cold and put under what looked like a desk lamp presumably to keep "warm"?
