It’s an older hotel but spotless, had a small fridge, WiFi and aircon plenty of parking and a big shopping centre nearby.

Its a Best Western. Clean and Cofortable. Good for one night.

It was clean and comfortable. They allow dogs and have their own parking.

Its in a bit of an industrial area, not much within walking distance. A little pricey. Fine for one night passing thru the area.

A mixed experience

A good size room with a bath was a bonus. The dinner we had was excellent on Saturday night and surpassed our expectations. The staff on duty that night were also excellent.

The restaurant being closed Sunday night. And no bar available at all. The shower screen also make access to the bath difficult. The continuous traffic noise. Breakfast staff on Sunday had so many people to look after and supplies ran low. You need to employ more staff at busy times.

The price

No AC when we were there even though it was already hot. Stains on the carpet in the room. Everything seems old, in need of a good refurbishment.

Handy stopover

For an overnight stop it’s fine, the bedrooms are quite old fashioned ie Anoglipter walls & paper stuck in the 70s all really needs refurbished . Handy for motorway.

Restaurant limited menu. As stated before bedrooms require updating.

Disappointing room in a good location

The location, the efficient staff and the free parking.

The room was incredibly hot and the air conditioning system was ineffective. The window opened but the traffic noise made sleep impossible. The room was also plagued by mosquitoes!

Clean rooms, a restaurant and small bar at the location along with a playground

Pool is closed, bar closes at 11pm and A/C was broken in the room, making it uncomfortably hot (even during 21 degree weather). Opening window gave us and baby over 20 mosquito bites :(

The breakfast was good and the play area was nice for children. The parking was great and there were some good restaurants close by.

awful, and should never be a four star hotel

stayed many times before but so disappointed with the lack of quality and cleanliness this time air conditioning not working no English speaking tv yet CNN on in the lobby

staff not interested in making any thing better and we eventually left four days early didn’t even get a final bill unless we came back in 12 hours time we booked a suite which had 2 small windows with trees less than a metre in front of them in the description the room has a view! we had to downgrade to a standard room to be able to see out and because we used booking.com they were unable to refund they should no regrets at all as far as TV was concerned we were told it was since the troubles l asked what troubles and was told Brexit !!!

The room and the staff. The person at the reception was very helpful.

This was the second time we came to stay on our way to the Alps. It is a convenient place to stay for one night, straight off the motorway. The rooms were nice and clean. Reception staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet is very good. The restaurant unfortunately was closed for dinner. We were told that there was no chef apparently. Every restaurant near the hotel was booked out, so we ended up eating some fastfood late at night. Would have been nice to receive a message about the restaurant being closed prior to arrival. After being on the road since 4.30am in the morning we didn't want to head off in the car again around 7.30/8pm to find a restaurant further away. This would unfortunately put me off booking again.

classy, tasteful, comfortable, great views but a bit distant in the atmosphere

great location. small rooms but comfortable and nicely decorated. in fact the whole hotel is very classy for a Best Western and had the right French Riviera feel without being either too expensive or too overdone. A place where we could have easily stayed longer. Rooms with sea view worth it. it was too cold to use the pool but it looked great. special compliments for the use of green and the gardening. breakfast very good to excellent although even a hotel like this seems to not be able to escape some industrial bake off nor the standard coffee machines. very secure private parking with large spaces (paying of course).

the staff was somewhat cold or distant. not just one person but several. the elevator is Parisian size. one example : we were with older people and they had to struggle themselves with the tiny elevator upon arrival. any person with a decent sense of hospitality would have jumped up to help and for a hotel with this standard.

Lovely stay.

Used as a one night stop over on the way home from skiing. Clean, comfortable and easy to find straight off the motorway. Good size family room with 2 double beds. Helpful staff.
