Room was really nice and clean comfortable bed, slightly dated but excellent value for money, really good gym, staff really nice and helpful
Leisure centre in poor condition, pool room not particularly clean and quite old and dated, steam room had a bad odour, jacuzzi empty and had a lot of dirt on the bottom just a slight eye sore

Great central location. The hotel agreed to any request like a getting a double bed not single and late check in. Very clean room and very attentive staff.
No water in the room and no room service for breakfast.

Room for as v clean but quite dated. The hotel is very central and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We were staying 1 night to attend a funeral the following afternoon. The hotel allowed us to leave our car in the carpark until late afternoon while we attended the funeral with no extra cost.
The room got quite warm in the night, it was difficult to sleep despite having the window slightly open.
Breakfast choice could be a little better.
