Very comfortable and central

very well presented rooms and hotel in general. Central location was excellent and close to the event Siamsa Tire where i was going to that night.

Not alot, My wife has difficulty walking and climbing so the lack of a lift was an issue

Lovely cosy hotel

Lovely comfortable hotel in the centre of Tralee. Beautiful rooms, cosy atmosphere, tasty breakfast cooked to order.

Parking is only available in a nearby church carpark, that wasnt clear to me when I booked. It is a good 10 minute walk to get to the hotel from the carpark which was a bit tricky with baggage No set down space outside of the hotel so not possible to offload baggage and then drive to the car park. Needed to display a card for the carpark which again was a bit tricky as had to return to display this and pay a deposit for it and then bring back the card next day. There could be a better system

Nice place, near lots of attractions, nice room, breakfast in the hotel restaurant was excellent

The hotel was very nice and was in a good location for touring around the area. Parking was in the back, you had to walk to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The room was very nice with good wifi and a good view.

The food in the pub made me sick. But the food in the hotel restaurant was very good.

The carpark was to far away to be walking very early in the morning. And the deposit for it ,,was very expensive. u do get it back ,but bit harsh for a bit of plastic and the pillows on bed wer very big and hard but beautiful room their was no kettle to make tea as I don't drink coffee but we loved the stay thank you xccc

Really enjoyed our time in Tralee

The comfortable beds and pillows and the shower were fantastic. The food at breakfast was excellent and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

The road outside was sometimes noisy with cars and people after the pub.

Wonderful Hotel

Clean and very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Staff were wonderful!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ashton, my server in the bar area took the time to speak with the chef about dietary concerns. The servers in the breakfast room were also wonderful as were each of the ladies at the front desk. Excellent staff!!! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Our room was fab we stayed in room 203 the staff where so helpful breakfast was lovely and had lots of options. The location is great near shops and pubs the night life didn’t disturb us a tall …Would stay again

It’s not so much didn’t like the property myself and my friend wanted to go out for a glass of wine and a chat and by off chance we asked about getting back in and we was told 11.30pm the doors close and you can’t get back in so if you have an event or wedding I wouldn’t stay here as you wouldn’t get back in Iv never had that either a hotel. Apart from that everything was fine.

The greeting was excellent on walk in… 3 staff members caught us at different times and all were brilliant, the breakfast. And dinner was spot on and so were the team … easy access

No lifts

The room so spotless clean, so comfortable. Close to the location

I was so surprised that there are no lifts in the hotel as I have got arthritis in my hip. One of the waitresses always looks sad at the breakfast .
