The staff were lovely. The rooms were beautiful. And had everything you could need in them! We booked a delux double. 2 big very comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely.

Room was clean, apart from little bugs crawling in the bathroom
Poor soundproofing. Could hear entire conversations from room next door, plugs being put into walls etc. location is pretty grim on a main traffic road
