The bar and restaurant very quant

Hairs in the bathrrom, couldnt open a window in the room, drowing horn of a noise on and off. Banging door from 1am near rooms.

Great central location but comes at a price for both your pocket and ears!

Staff were really nice. I had dinner twice and can recommend the salmon and chicken burger.

There was a lot of noise from outside as it's town center so expect to hear loud music, shouting and speeding cars till the early hours. This I expected due to the location. Bed was creaky so was annoying everytime I moved. Pillows were really flat too.

Unreal Southern Ireland experience

Travelled alone. Arrived a few hours before check in, so sat in the bar to warm up. Ordered a Guinness. Bar maid knew i was cold and coughing and sniffles. She brought me out a lovely hot lemon drink to help me. Irish hospitality at its best

Ideal location for visiting tralee

Great location very central with church carpark right beside hotel. Lady on front desk when checking out was so lovely and friendly while I was up early for a half marathon she let us stay longer in room so I could shower which we really appreciated!

Beds are not very comfy, rooms are basic but did the job. Unfortunately walls are very thin and there was a group of around 20 young children allowed to run around our floor very loudly untill around 10.30pm and knocking on our door, I had to eventually find a parent to control them as no staff at front desk to help out it was really annoying but just unfortunate I would still stay here again if visiting tralee.

No car park. Noisy neighbours.

Large, clean and comfortable room

The hotel is in the centre of town but has no carpark. The night I was there, there was an outdoor charity fundraising event nearby which went on til 1am. So I got no sleep. When I mentioned this to the staff they gave the impression this was not an unusual event. If you are car free and a party person this hotel is probably fine for you. I’m not and it wasn’t.

Great location, nice hotel and staff.

Our issue was that our room was right above an outdoor dining and smoking area, so we had to close the window. As a result, the room was warm and stuffy. There was no air conditioning.

The location was good.

The room had poor air ventilation. It was also very hot even with the window open. The breakfast was really bad, the eggs were full of shells and the rest was cold.

Last-minute stay on our way to Connemara.

-Very friendly staff at reception and in the bar, were able to direct us to a restaurant where we could get a late supper, and the bartender seated us in a private alcove to eat it while we had a pint. We were also able to get ice for our cooler. -The breakfast buffet was good, and our waitress also very friendly, suggested places to visit in Donegal (we were headed north). -Parking next to the church was free was because of a bank holiday. -Elevator, no dragging our bags upstairs.

Our room overlooked the street, and due to the need to open the window for cooler air circulation, there was noise from the bar across the street. Not specific to this location, but none of the locations where we stayed in Ireland had a top sheet or a ceiling fan. Duvets are too warm to sleep under in summer, and a ceiling fan is nice when there’s no air conditioning. (I’ve since learned that top sheets are not as commonly used outside the United States).

Good location with spotless rooms

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was most comfortable and spotless.

The breakfast on the first day was awful. I was ill for the day after it. I tried the restaurant food in the evening, it was good but I was too unwell to enjoy it. I had to pay for parking also throughout the stay
