Wonderful stay!

Very spacious room and bathroom with a comfortable bed and generous workspace. Checking in and out was simple and swift and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the room was quiet at night.

I had a wonderful stay here, though I only one minor comment about my room. There was only one main outlet in the room to use for charging my phone and devices. Having an extra outlet or surge available in the room would be helpful.

Excellent hotel for our needs, would definitely stay again

We had a family room which was huge, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were amazing. I had a large dog with me and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming, giving cuddles and chicken! Breakfast was really good, huge choice and unlimited.

Bathroom was a little small but the shower was huge. Only a small window in our room but the space made up for it.

loud cleaning personnel + slow, room was only cleaned later afternoon just when i got back from a meeting and they took 2 hours to clean it but the cleaning ladies where from the morning making noise and doing very little.

The room was very very dirty. Not just in places where it might be understandable in a hotel with such a low price but on very obvious places like the bed side stand. There was hair? Dust and crumbs left on both. Also there was dead insects all over the room. It looks like only the bed has been done but nothing else. Also no coffee or kettle in the room either.

Nice stay for the things we had to do in Belgium.

The location was convenient and easy to access. Arrived on Friday evening, the receptionist changed us room as soon as we reported the light issue. The breakfast buffet has a large choice of food for every taste.

I was charged for the stay when booked online although I selected the rate to pay at arrival.

Kicked out!!

Good location

The rooms are very basic not even a kettle in the room as I had a small baby with me and for me to make milk I had to run down 3 floors for boiling water. From 9am in the morning I had house keeping walking in my room this happened twice when my children were asleep. Before check out time the cleaners came in the room whilst I was downstairs getting hot water and started stripping the beds and didn’t give me the chance to get all my belongs together. We were literally kicked out the hotel. We went downstairs and left the reception lady ran after us as we didn’t check out with them. I explained I don’t need to check out as I’ve been kicked out and the staff were extremely rude. I definitely won’t be returning there

Friendly and helpful receptionist.

Rude and threatenimg service staff. Sold items (like alchohol 0.0% beer) on their digital ordering serice don't reflect the actually sold products. Is it not possible to get a refund for such pruchases. Not enough sockets in the room, no socket near bed. Lightbulds are.very dampened leaving room with very little light. Breakfast is limited and doesnt get restocked often so it is possible not find enough food to eat.

A great stop off location for anyone needing a nice place to get some rest on a longer journey.

This was perfect for us as a stop off location on our way through to Germany. A great location just off the motorway to Brussels. The hotel is clean, and has all the amenities you would expect. There are also an abundance of Tesla charging points out the front of the hotel too so very well set up for electric vehicles.

The only things we didn’t like was the €9 charge for parking in the underground car park. I would expect this to be complimentary as opposed to a hefty charge for the night.

Nice but the road is too loud

The room was nice, the beds comfy. The shower was pretty spacious. The breakfast was quite OK. Despite not being in the center, this hotel is definitely a walkable distance away, and there's a lovely park very close to it.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was a bit weird and was blowing hot air. We tried opening the window, but the road outside got way too loud to keep it open. So we didn't get a very good night's sleep. I probably wouldn't book again for this reason.

room was clean and bathroom, although small, was well designed.

The parking situation is bizarre; if you have a Tesla, no problem. I stayed at this Ibis a few years ago and there have been some changes that I don't think are helpful; I particularly didn't like the 'automated' QR scanning dining arrangements- maybe it was helpful durng Covid, but the lack of interaction really didn't seem to make things any more helpful for the customer (in fact, the wrong order was initially brought to me), but, on a more human level, the experience was devoid of human contact. Maybe some people would welcome this fact; I personally think , especially if one is travelling alone, that the human element is the more important one.
